山あり谷ありの宿泊でした。
Pros:

最初、狭い部屋でセーフティボックス、バスタブがなく不満爆発でしたが（２泊）、その後アップグレード（有料）をして、世界遺産のブリッゲンビューに変更してもらい（２泊）、世界遺産の見える部屋でやっと満足できました。朝食は大変おいしかったです。

スタッフがひとりで対応しており、なかなか対応してもらえませんでした。

Great location for a stay in Bergen.
Pros:

Location was great and breakfast was great.

Cons:

We had a large family room with only 2 bedside lamps. There were no other lamps or overhead lights so it was dark. I did raise this with reception but it was ignored. Some of the staff could have been more friendly/helpful

A well run hotel. Good for location, particularly the views.
Pros:

Location. It was right on the waterfront so an unobstructed view across the harbour and mountains beyond.
