Our stay at Clarion Hotel Admiral was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views of the harbor and Bryggen right from the hotel. Waking up to such a beautiful waterfront setting made our visit to Bergen even more memorable.
A special thank you to Mahir at reception, who was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, took the time to explain everything clearly, and provided excellent recommendations that helped us make the most of our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
The hotel itself is comfortable, stylish, and ideally located for exploring Bergen. Combined with the amazing views and outstanding service, it made for a fantastic experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bergen.

A bit expensive. 1 very large and 1 very small pillow each was not really suitable for sleeping. The large pillow is too big to sleep on so need 2 small pillows.

Good location great building
We were not informed of hotel staff strike- so many services not available. Staff at front desk gave wrong information- for example that the restaurant was open- when it was closed.
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The strike cause the Restaurant and Bar to be closed...I would recommend to friends.

Shame there is a National strike on so the hotel was running on a small team and not able to offer all services.
