Quality Inn & Suites near Panama City Beach

Great place. Has really good prices clean rooms and very nice owners.

Was clean. Dated. Holes in the walls. Broken switch fixtures. No mat in tub - very slippery. Beds hard. “Upgraded” by manager to 2 doubles instead of 1 king size. Much easier for a couple celebrating 25 years to sleep in a king size vs double. Person at front desk would not switch it to what i actually ordered. Smells like weed and seems to be people living there on the 2nd floor. Suspect.

Breakfast was better than anticipated. Pretty standard faire.

This seemed like more of a motel than the hotel it is advertised as. We encountered loud guests, a neighbor with a run-in with management, and cigarette butts everywhere. Our room was clean enough, we were provided with fresh towels and beds made up, so the room itself was good. The internet service wasn’t great.

It was a convenient distance from my work location.

We had a great time at PCB. We were only in the hotel for sleeping and showering. The a/c ran great. The shower was nice and did not run out of hot water. The massager head was nice. There were bottles on the shower wall of shampoo and conditioner. The tv was very nice. The bed was kinda lumpy but typical of most hotels I've stayed at. The pillows were nice and fluffy. I slept fine though. There was a couch in our room that converted to a bed. There was no noise so after a busy day at the beach it was nice to come back and be able to relax in the peace and quiet. We did go to the breakfast and it was well stocked, very clean and tasty. The only negative was our room smelled like weed when we first got there but once the a/c was on, we didnt smell it anymore and that's with multiple trips in and out of the room. I would definitely book a room here again in the future. It was close to the beaches and conveniences. The staff were nice although we didn't have much interaction with them. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cheaper but nice place outside the busy touristy areas.

We asked for a non smoking room and were given a room that reeked of smoke. It was so bad that my sinuses started clogging up, and both mine and my husband’s throats were getting scratchy. I called the front desk, and they said they were booked and we had to stay with that room or check out. We had drives 5.5 hours, and had to go find another hotel. I had asked for a call from the manager. That never happened!!

No couch bed when I booked it was supposed to be 1 king bed and 1fold out couch bed all they were was a bed and a small two seat couch that didn’t fold out so I had to put the girls in the bed and I slept makeshift half way on the so called couch that was really a chair

Too expensive, very small rooms, they says that have breakfast in the web side with no specific is! The Staff so rude and looks that hate the job!

They have roaches they had hookers hanging around. It was loud and they did not have hot breakfast.

Old building so it Smelled weird. Pillows lumpy. Bathroom dirty walls and dirty looking floor trim. Over priced for the quality of stay.

The hotel and pool area was extremely clean! We were close to everything without being on the main drag of Panama however a hot breakfast was advertised and was not provided. We were disappointed in that as we book with Choice brands because of the hot breakfast since we travel with a child but other than that we would stay again.

Location was perfect for what i wanted. The room was clean but had heavy Marijuana smell.

Overall, very average (maybe 5/10). I had booked a room with 1 king bed but when I checked in I was given a room with 2 twin beds. It wasn’t too big a deal, but still an inconvenience. The room was very dark; there were only overhead lights in the bathroom and a few lamps around the room. I had also called them after I originally booked the room and they told me there would be a $75 safety deposit, but when I arrived I was told the deposit would be $200. I booked a nonsmoking room but the bed and room smelled like cigarette smoke. The breakfast was pretty good though.

When we got to the hotel at 12:30am after traveling for over 9 hours to get away from the hurricane Milton, we found a sign at the checkin desk - NO PETS! I had checked before making the reservations on your website and they said 'Pet Friendly!' The lady checking us in said Expedia does this all the time!!! She said I had to call Expedia and they would call her and she would refund our money.. No fun sleeping in a truck all night with three cats!
I need a refund!
