Well being staying here again
Pros:

The location was in the rite place. Very clean lots of room space. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly especially the ladies that clean the rooms awesome.

Pros:

The main problem was the Internet access. It rarely worked and when it did, it did not work well. Multiple channels would show up, but would not stay consistent. Reported the issue daily to staff, with mainly just excuses, and no change in the issues. Having a background in IT, it was more frustrating to get replies that made no technical sense. Surprising that Comfort Hotels would not have better standards for this issue.

Breakfast was nice and the fresh water the food area was very clean

The mattress was very worn, showed Housekeeping took video it was so sunk in the night guy said he could not change us to another room, poor service I slept in chair, roaches in the hotel room, the family next our room 218 had kids that were up at late late hours of the night crying I did record, as a Cps worker I would call that in due to late hours, The night shift said there been complaints from the family came to Houston for work the wifi was down for hours, had to go to Best Western to use their wifi been up all night from the kids , then there was construction the whole two days was horrible we had to change hotel from the remaining of my work. I picked the location it was close to where my work was at, and the airport, I going to write a letter to Corp. for my refund was not giving a receipt It was a poor place to stay. Pros:

This property has mold and when I requested for a full refund to be given back, the person at the front told me this was going to take two days. After a week, they have stopped answering my calls.

I cannot believe this hotel is listed here for booking when the entire facility is full of MOLD
