Tuve un incidente por primera vez en todos mis alojamientos de hospedajes que tuve este mes,la puerta del baño era correrisa,me parecio peligroso que las ruedas de esa puerta correrisas corran muy rapido ,al cerrar,intente detener para que pare y me aplasto un dedo de la mano derecha,estaba preparandome para salir a una reunion,pero con ese accidente,me malogro la noche,baje al hall en recepcion para comunicar el incidente y la srta,solo me dijo sorry,le tuve que pedir me de algo para mi herida,solo se quedo mirando,no tienen botiquin? Y pedi una pastilla para el dolor,si alguien se cae en el asensor o algo,porque al parecer vienen de la piscina y mojan el piso y esta un letrero amarillo,pero igual sigue mojado nadie te auxilia,solicite si los q se alojan y pasa algo como me sucedio por lo menos cubren a sus huespedes con una atencion de urgencia,solo me dijeron al dia siguiente que volvi,porq no solo era piel sino un pico de la uña,me dijeron escriba una ocurrencia y en una semana,desidimos que hacer.no me senti protejida o cuidada con esa respuesta.El hotel estaba limpio,agradable,buen desayuno buffet,solo ese incidente q me paso,que nadie quiere pasar,me desepciono,la poca atencion humana. del personal.

I LOVED the staff! So friendly and helpful!!

No vent in the bathroom so everything was pretty humid and icky but they did the best with what they had!

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The GM, Paulette, was great!
Pros:

The ease of the location. The cleanliness and the staff.

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable and hard. The pillows were too soft. We couldn't get comfortable to sleep. As for the breakfast, there weren't many meat options. We don't eat pork and that left us with no meat 4 out of the 5 days we were there. The QR code said there was Netflix but when you turned on the TV, it wasn't an option. The Samsung TV didn't even give us the option to mirror our phone or tablet to be able to have some sort of entertainment.
