There is construction going on at this location. We have stayed at the other Residence Inn on market Street but never this location. There were dead water bugs in room 111.The smoke detector went off when the iron was plugged in and we were moved to a higher floor for the second night only for the water to be turned off at the hotel and we had to go next door to shower before checking out. The staff was nice and told us that we would be reimbursed for 1 night. But because we paid with 2 cards we have not been reimbursed for 1 night. I have contacted the hotel and spoken to the assistant who checked us in but she claims that the manager is the only person that can authorize the transaction so I have contacted them at least 4 times and made numerous calls at times they said I should be able to speak to the manager with no success. This has been the most terrible experience in a hotel and I will never go back to this location because of the run around the hotel staff has put us through.

Went to a concert and the short walk was very saved and enjoyable. Staff was extremely kind and friendly. We actually extended our stay another night to enjoy the shopping and wonderful restaurants .

Went for Buzzfest. Had a great time. The hotel was close enough to walk but took an Uber. The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable!

Residence Inn properties are always so reliable and this one delivered! Staff gave us extra attention when TV did not work in our room. They truly went over & above to prevent us from having to change rooms. Quiet property and LOVED the complimentary snacks during Ironman week for athletes…awesome touch!!
