Staff was nice it was clean

It was easy to find and next to a lot of shopping

Cons:

That didn’t have strawberry refresher at the Starbucks. And you couldn’t turn the light off on the balcony

Pros:

Location was great. Staff was done of the most amazing staff I've ever dealt with in hotels. A first night there their system was down so they couldn't provide keys so the desk staff were running their butts off to let customers in and out of their rooms until the situation was resolved the next day. They worked hard without question and without complaining and I get them 100% props. I would stay there again 100%.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike the whole week was wonderful.

I enjoyed everything about it. Friendly staff made you feel like home away from home!
Pros:

I loved my room, it was on the bottom floor and opened up right to the courtyard . I will request that room again when I return for another visit.

Cons:

What’s not to like! Nothing negative at all.
