Able to get a good night sleep and feel safe.
Pros:

Clean Room, no bad smell Free wifi. Refrigerator and microwave. Near interstate and downtown business district.

Cons:

Could not get the TV volume on with remote.

I arrived about 12:30am or so, the door wouldn't open so I had to get the front desk lady to help, it even got stuck for her, she had to push with all her might. She said some stuck like that. Then the bathtub had hair and brown stuff, so obviously not cleaned. The sink had a bug. So I decided to go get some food, I come back around 3ish, decided to lay it down, pulled the covers back and there was rown stains on the sheet. At this point,im exhausted and ready to go. I went to the front desk l, explained to her what happened and that I got another hotel and she says, she could have moved me. No sorry, no surprise to hear the complaints, nothing. I asked who do I talk to for a refund and she says but you've been here for 3hrs, ma'am actually I left to get food but regardless, I asked for the manager. She gives me a card amd walks away..

Good value. Comfy bed

Signage was poor so it was hard to immediately find. Check in was slow due to computer problems

Dude was rude at the front desk. And they try and charge you for a night plus 40. So 120 bucks to check in couple hours early. They wasnt packed and had empty rooms. They a rip off and very rude
