Noisy room with views to the highway

Sonesta Delivers
Pros:

It was super quiet even though it is on a busy street. Good soundproofing between rooms. Good blackout curtains. Fast check-in and out. Convenient location. Big, comfortable room, good bed, excellent shower (shampoo etc provided) big closet with plenty of hangers. Nice lighting and plug & power access and I appreciated the fridge & microwave.

Cons:

The kitchen was closed for remodeling but I knew that going in. Another reason I appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room.

This hotel is great & I will recommend to others.
Pros:

Very clean, great location, staff was courteous.

Cons:

One of the customers was a jerk because he thought he was privileged to park in the disabled parking as if no one else was disable, so he started yelling at my cousin & I even though we had a disabled placard as well. I told the staff and he just kind of blew me off. Not good for Women traveling alone. Apparently this privileged jerk does this a lot -‘according to the staff! Maybe suggest some security to make single women feel a little safer.

Disappointed for the amount I paid.
Pros:

Location. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Had microwave and little fridge.

Cons:

When I reserved the room, they said they served breakfast. They DO NOT. They DO NOT even have coffee in the lobby/breakfast area. You had to flush the toilet several times per deposit🤢. The coffee maker in the room did not work. When you check out, don’t expect a printed receipt. They will not give you one.

I've always stayed there when I come to Pleasant Hill and probably always will.
Pros:

I didn't have the breakfast - I usually bring my own. I especially appreciated the decaf English breakfast teabag. It hit the spot after a long workshop that day. Rare to get decaf tea in hotels. Bed very comfortable, everything very clean.

Cons:

The hotel backs onto the freeway so a lot of traffic noise but I travel with earplugs so didn't keep me awake.

Easy access to Everything. Parking is included and there is even an EV option adjacent to the hotel
Cons:

Breakfast is a work in progress. It is not included and they have remodeled it a couple of times trying to get the right mix.
There are several dining options close by so not a deal-breaker

Clean, close to amenities. Definitely a road-warrior type get up (vs. destination resort vibes).
Pros:

Clean, adequately staffed. Good value given location, quality. Accommodated my pet - they have pet gifts in the little shop, some treats and a water bowl in the lobby.

Cons:

Location is convenient, but right next to the freeway. Was fairly insulated, but definitely can hear the traffic - how bad it it is probably depends on which room you're in. Pet fee was not disclosed on the site - only at check-in. Internet TV never worked - they told us to call an 800 number, which wasn't able to help.
