Cons:

There is always something broken in the room i stay in, and i have stayed here 8 times...Room service was not provided when asked 2 days in a row, and then the staff didn't want to give any towels...I wont be staying here again.

Unexpected value at price

Easy check in ans out. Friendly staff. Nice clean comfortable rooms with lots of little amenities.

Cons:

They charge you $7 a night to park your car in their parking lot.

Highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

Conveniently located right of the Hwy 680. Tons of shopping within walking distance, quiet and clean rooms, front desk staff is always welcoming and helpful if I need anything. I highly recommend this hotel.

J’ai été victime d’une escroquerie lors de mon séjour dans cet hôtel .
Malgré tous les justificatifs envoyés à BOOKING et mes nombreux appels aux services clients depuis 1 mois rien n’avance !!!!

Location to infrastructure

Cons:

Room looked like a barrack, was all grey and no color. They kept telling us how short staff they were. We didn’t feel clean or safe there.
