I loved having a King smoking room on the ground floor. I usually have to lug my suitcases up stairs to get a smoking room.

Everything was awful I found a bedbug mattress had crumbs under the main sheet lights was broken 3 lights
Missing from the lamps as well one lamp was snapped in side the fixture I had to go get out remote for our room tried to call the office just to figure out the phone was completely disconnected to everything freezer was disgusting and one light pop and almost caught fire today I looked under our bed due to the fact that I found a bedbug I seen all kinds of cans of pop dirt dust manger tried to argue and basically said I was lying and why didn’t I say anything. And I’m like I just noticed all this today due to the fact that there was a bedbug in my bed I was treated completely like I was a liar and that was absolutely unacceptable I did nothing other then make all needed reports and I’ve being told they have to have and
Inspector come out and look at your room Monday and kept tell me the bug I have wasn’t one I have all the pictures that are needed for any of this I would really like a

The location and price were great but shows you get what you pay for.
They did not disclose that the pool was not available for use. At one point the toilet was clogged and when reported they handed us a plunger and a glove they were told previously that the toilet had been leaking.
Everything went smoothly and fast check in and fast check out i really love this hotel
