The night front desk woman was the best
When we arrived to our room the microwave wasn't working the phone to call the front desk was broken and remote was broken
The location and it feels like home.
How loud the hallway can get early in the morning.
Hotel hallways were littered with trash. Second floor had trash stacked next to the a trashcan just outside the elevators when we arrived at 8pm.
The breakfast was good everyday. Maybe every other day or so you could add something like donuts .8
Location and breakfast was decent.
Uncleaned rooms. Sofas are stained profusely. Bed was hard, not as cozy as I am use to.
It was in a convenient location. A decent price for a suite hotel room.
The hot water didn’t work on the bathroom sink unless you ran the shower for at least 3 mins. The sink had minimal water pressure. Also, cleanup of room was not done very well, we found Cheerios on the floor from previous tenants.
The staff was very good and inviting. The hotel was extremely clean, breakfast was pretty good. Bell was a great manager on Sunday 4/26.

The room was not cleaned well. While looking for an outlet near the bed, I found a pacifier, a sock, a green round pill.or candy and some kind of wrapper.
