The location that’s all

Cons:

The lady that works night was hateful and the smell of weed all night was horrible and the vending machine didn’t work and no coffee maker after being told there would be one tv didn’t work either it only stayed on extended stay but we left the room the way we enter it clean and cold and smelled funny.

Cons:

I got confirmation that I had a room. When I arrived I was told that I had to pay cash for the room and could not use my card. i had no cash and had to leave. You did charge my account for the room ($76.63)

Front desk clerk charged my card after I had already paid through Klarna hot water barely work the air conditioner wasn't cooling smoke alarm kept going off during the middle of the night

Pros:

It was very convenient and easy to get in an out. The staff was amazing and the were super friendly and eager to answer any questions I had. The room was spacious and clean with working amenities.

Cons:

I overslept because the bed was too comfortable

I’ll put in a used clean room and had a sleep sitting up in the chair
Pros:

Only good thing about my stay is it was pet friendly. And I like the location of the hotel.

Cons:

Everything else my room was filthy trash and the trash cans no clean blanket no clean towel no soap, no toilet paper and pillowcases and all piled up in a dirty pile by door vacuum and clean. I told the staff they said they would get it taken care of, and they did put me in a dirty room I couldn’t even sleep in bed
