Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more, For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property.
Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee.
Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment. Cash is not accepted.
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights applies, and USD 15 per day thereafter.

This was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at; it was so unpleasant that we couldn't even bring ourselves to stay there. We arrived late, at 9 PM, with a prepaid reservation, only to be told there were no rooms available. After nearly an hour, they said they had sorted it out and gave us a room that was absolutely filthy—they had simply made the beds used by the previous guests and nothing else. They refused to refund our money; we were literally robbed to our faces. Since I was traveling with my family and we were just passing through, I didn't have time to pursue the matter further. I have never had a worse hotel experience in my life. During the hour we spent waiting there, the place felt more like a drug den; I know we chose a budget option, but "cheap" shouldn't have to mean "dirty."
They took our money; they didn't have the room we booked, and as a solution, they gave us a room that had just been vacated and hadn't been cleaned. On top of that, the experience with Booking was terrible—they aren't doing anything to resolve the issue, offering only a $10 "compensation" on an $80 booking simply because they haven't managed to get in touch with the accommodation.

This hotel was totally filthy.
Wrong location..it's on a back street.
Dog poop on site near the hotel lobby.
The filthy carpet in the Lobby area was being swept with a broom, the worker then swept the trash out the front entrance door.
The location seemed dangerous/ unsafe. There was a young man walking near my room# with a large machete talking to himself. I checked in then instantly out!!
De ligging
Kamer was niet klaar, er was niets in de kamer, geen handdoeken, zeep, bekertjes enz. Gevraagd om handdoeken smorgens maar die zaten in de droger en waren niet klaar voor de uitchecktijd. De lift werkte niet, er was geen ontbijt en ook geen koffie verkrijgbaar. Personeel stonk naar wiet. Prullenbakken liepen over. Ronduit slecht.
How close it was to the Space and Rocket Center. Friendly staff.
Our bed wasn't made when we got there (8pm). The staff was sorry and gave us clean sheets. The whole place didn't feel safe to have 3 children with us. There was no breakfast and the elevator has apparently been out for months according to one of the tenants. Our room water didn't smell very clean. There were no towels and no toilet paper in the bathroom either. There was trash still in the trash can in the bathroom and kitchen. The pictures posted for this place are not at all what we pulled up to.

The location was very good, as it was close to the NASA Space Museum my son and I traveled to Huntsville to see
The desk clerk was horrendously impolite, incredibly slow (it took over 45 minutes to obtain a key for a pre-reserved room) and even deceitful (we were first told there were no rooms ) Also, the room was filthy., and there were no towels. When went to the desk for towels, they admitted knowing there were no towels and said we could come back to the office in the morning before we showered. But when we did that, at about 9AM, the office had a sign saying it was closed until 3 PM. Making matters worse, there were drug dealers and prostitutes roaming throughout the facility. Multiple police cars came shortly after we entered our room.
It was so bad a experience staying at this motel that this is the first time ever that I have ever nade a negative report about any business.
DO NOT STAY HERE!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, we never got to stay here. We pre payed before we got to the property, and we got there nobody at the front desk, called numerous people.

The staff was nice just needs to be more improvement and I think that this staff gets too non-focused
I got my room. I asked the lady for towels and she never gave them to me. They have a strict rule of smoking outside of the property. You have to go about out saying 100 to 200 feet from the property this month I had somebody upstairs running and banging on the floor couldn’t sleep so now I don’t like the hotel. I was at the hotel could do better if I was you guys, I would change the price on the vending machine because I think it’s too much money for bottle soda and candy.

Sketchy location, everything smelled like smoke, weed and cigarette smoke, at 2 in the morning I could hear a woman yelling to be let into her room nearby. There was big spider web on my door frame. Like honestly just spend the extra money for something nicer its worth it.

I was overcharged and still waiting to get the rest of my refund. I had to wait until they wash to to extra rags, towels, and blankets.
Made reservation and drive over 14 hours to get there and find out they didn't have our rooms. Then never even tried calling to let us know that. It wasn't a very welcoming exterior. There were drugs in the parking lot, weed smell everywhere, people outside their rooms cussing and screaming.....I guess I'm the end it worked for us both because the hotel that we found after leaving there were more than welcoming and had 2 rooms as I requested.
Front desk clerk was rude and not very helpful. She acted like I was inconveniencing her because someone delivered her dinner.
