I will never stay there again and tell everyone same

They were rude my truck in a specific location and then was threatening to tow my truck for parking in the same very same specific location the following day someone claiming to be the owner which other people told me was just a maintenance man that didn’t never do anything anyway I was pulled out of a very important meeting and threatened

Loud and chaotic
Pros:

The property was ok. My fridge was very dirty, staff knew because she did a walk through before giving me the keys . I stayed on the back side , which was the worse decision of my life. I was surrounded by loud noises, door slamming, and continuous walking around my door . It was very loud from the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out . I went down stairs for breakfast and the office was locked . What was supposed to be a relaxing work trip was sadly one of the worse days of my life . I had no choice but to check out early . I will not be back ..

Check in was supposed to be 3pm and I didn't get my room till 4:30. No linen,comforter,or pillow cases. No toilet paper,no towels or wash cloths. Floor and sinks were dirty. Will never stay with you again.

I travel for work and vacation and have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this place is the worst I've ever stayed at. I booked a double and when I tried checking in was told they didn't have my room. I asked if a rollout was available and they said yes we'll bring one to your room. They never did bring it. The whole hotel smelled of weed. There were no towels or toilet paper in the room. Avoid this place at all cost. Icing on the cake is they didn't refund my damage deposit and I had to dispute it with my card company.

Was called to confirm our stay.. to arrive to no room.. had to fight with them and booking.com as room was paid for.. finally got a room.. to be charged extra fees not aware of.. $10 housekeeping fee.. to never have the room cleaned.. no fresh towels swapped.. was told after complaints that you have to add your room on a list to be cleaned and bring your linen and towels down to office to be washed then return to collect them.. even after putting room on housekeeping list... stil did not get cleaned room didn't have stated cooking utensils... the girl who checked us in was helpful.. everyone else kept the office door locked during business hrs and you had to call them... craziness at its finest

That I had to check out and back in every day when it's an extended stay I would think they would offer weekly rates
But the price is low enough, is it? It's okay. Just wish I didn't have to go. Is the office every day to check out and check back in
