Miserable bed

They lady was really nice

Cons:

We couldn't get a king size bed and we slept horribly. We paid for one but had a little bed. Hope they hire some people soon

Did not check in on time do to the front lobby being locked staff was apparently trying to clean rooms seem like there may be some drug activity going on cars pulling up to meet people outside then leaving my bathroom was dirty hair all over the sink then house keeping knocked on my door 2 hours early before my check out time

Cons:

We asked for late check in after 11pm. We got to the hotel after traveling all day at 1145 and no office staff. Had to go to another hotel down the street and get rooms. I want and expect a full refund.

Cons:

When I arrived, the clerk told me he didn't have a room for me, even though I had a confirmation number. He then found a room (perhaps at the expense of someone else) and sent me to the wrong side of the building for the room. The stay was uneventful, but when I tried to check out, there was no one in the office, the door was locked, and no one answered the phone. I then tried to get the number again later via the Internet, which sent me to reservations, then to a rude worker who kept transferring me to the wrong hotel (with a similar name). After I got the right number, checking out was easy but it shouldn't be this hard.
