The front desk agent, Demo, went way above and beyond!! Extraordinary customer service, professional and very kind
Confirmed room & front desk said if I became a Member they treat you better. We went to the hotel and the front desk said they didn’t have a room for us because of water damage.
They were putting us in downtown Memphis 36 miles away.
I was there for my brothers funeral at The Lady of Perpetual help that was five miles away that downtown Memphis wouldn’t do. The sales manager said he called me & emailed me about this. I looked at my messages and there were none. He took my phone & scrolled it and he didn’t find any messages.
There was no manager on site and wouldn’t be until tomorrow. They had a list they were bumping people off & finally got us a room.
Bugs,, torn towel, bar in bathtub coming off wall, no water pressure from shower head.
160 teens staying at hotel from Illinois and trashed the halls, took over the Bistro like there were no one else staying there. We’re loud at night banging doors. There were three greyhound buses of them going to Christian conferences.
They do this every year, same time,so don’t go at this time.
Katie Page, General Manager did give us food vouchers,!but you couldn’t get to the Bistro. She also wanted to compensate us for the room, but could not because I used Visa travel and they use a third party, Expedia and her hands were tied. Beware of third parties at all costs.
The lady at the front desk was so kind when we checked in, offering more towels and pillows since we had 5 in our room.
The fold out sofa was horrible-like laying on the floor! And I’m not joking. They need to do something about that. Extremely uncomfortable. This would keep me from staying here again if we had 5 in our group again.
Almost everything. Good location, safe location. Good price. Clean rooms.
Bed was a little stiff for me, but that’s a personal preference.
We stayed two nights at this hotel because it was near a medical facility we had to visit for my husband to have a procedure. Our room was very nice. But the service by the front desk staff was extraordinary. Each person I dealt with was caring and kind. When I needed to walk to the Walgreens next door in the pouring rain, the gentleman at the front desk raced after me to loan me an umbrella. When our food order arrived, another clerk brought it to our room so that I did not have to leave my recovering husband. Another clerk acted immediately when I told them that the hairdryer was missing from my room. Within minutes, a brand new hairdryer was delivered!
My shower doors would not stay closed. They kept opening up, which caused water to spill out of the shower everywhere.
I didn't like the fact that you have to pay for breakfast, and pay for the amenities during the social hour.
My co-workers and I had to be in town for 2 weeks. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and asked if we needed anything. We were greeted every morning and evening upon our return. Was cool. Food at the Bistro was delicious too. Rooms were very nice and restocked daily. I highly recommend this place. Great crew and nice atmosphere. Thank you all! :)
Cleanness
No breakfast included
The room was spacious and comfortable.
The price of the room thats all.
Thank you for the clean rooms
Very helpful and friendly staff. Safe area and clean rooms.
Booked room on Bonvoy app ( 15 year member). Received confirmation etc. Arrived to learn no room available ( no notice whatsoever), missed important business dinner waiting on a resolution. Finally left and was fortunate to find a room on my own. Efforts to resolve this with the hotel and Marriott completely unsuccessful. Disappointing to say the least. Marriott Bonvoy customer service? Useless. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Goodbye Marriott.
Clean and professional staff
No complementary coffee in front office
Spent three nights and room was not cleaned once although front desk staff told us rooms were cleaned every other day.
Between no room cleaning and only paid breakfast, this stacks up as a just ok hotel.
The staff were very courteous and attentive.
