A good location for near by restaurants, bars, gelateria, or a stroll along the canals, all within walking distance. As in the hotel’s name, there is a nice collection of contemporary art, throughout
the hotel. They have a good breakfast. The rooms are comfy and the staff is very accommodating. We were provided with extra pillows and towels, as well as coffee to go with pastries, for an early morning departure to MXP, with an excellent taxi driver!

Я очень люблю этот отель. Удобные номера со всем необходимым и , что важно, работающим ! Удобные кровати, мягкие подушки, отличная уборка . Очень хороший завтрак и необыкновенно предупредительный персонал , которому отдельное спасибо. От уборки номера, обслуживания на завтраке, до работников ресепшн. Всем спасибо за приятно проведенное время.

Cons:

Единственное, это иногда слышимость из коридора, когда хлопают двери соседних номеров .

Beautiful rooms and facilities in the Navigli area, very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Clean and modern fittings, EXCELLENT spa/ wellness area and very hospitable aperitivo service at 6.30pm in foyer. Great attention to detail and service.

Cons:

Not too familiar with the district but whilst the canal bars and restaurants were great, the area was a bit too sketchy at night for younger visitors compared to Duomo area. However the hotel was delightful and safe.

The staff are exactly the kind of people you want around you on holiday, truly lovely and welcoming.
Pros:

First, the place was very clean and beautifully decorated with art. The location is great, close to the metro and about a 30 minute walk to the Duomo. There are plenty of restaurants right outside, and every Sunday there’s a flea market just around the corner, which was such a nice surprise. Being right by the Navigli Canals also made the view and atmosphere extra special.

Second, the staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly. We had complimentary welcome drinks, which we didn’t get to use at first since we kept coming back to the hotel quite late. On our last night, though, the lovely bar staff still let us have our drinks even though the bar had already closed about 10 minutes earlier. That was such a thoughtful gesture and really shows how much they care about their guests. Thank you so much!

It’s a pity we didn’t get to use the spa and wellness area, and we also skipped breakfast because we wanted to sleep in a bit more. That said, there seemed to be some construction going on. On Monday and Tuesday mornings we could hear drilling and hammering starting around 9:30 am. It would be great if that could start a little later, since not everyone wants to wake up early, especially after busy weekends of exploring.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious enough. Unfortunately, they’re not very soundproof, and you can hear people talking outside. If you’re a light sleeper, it might be worth requesting one of the newly refurbished rooms to help avoid this.
If you can, book a room with a balcony or go for a superior room. Those come with slippers and bathrobes, plus a fridge stocked with different drink options, not free, but very convenient if you don’t feel like ordering room service. They also provide biscuits to enjoy with your coffee, which is a nice little touch. It really depends on which room type you choose.

Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect, close to everything and surrounded by so many restaurants.
