Keep your money. Terrible experience and checked out 2 days early. AVOID AT ALL COST.

The only positive was the location.

Cons:

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at and does not deserve to be let to money paying guests. I was so disgusted that I did not stay for the days I was booked for. Cleanliness was disgraceful, facilities were broken with no curtains on doors, broken tiles, leaking air conditioning unit, overpowering disgusting smell and cats and cat food litters along corridors. Customer service was terrible and they were so rude and treated you like no one else has ever complained.

Больше всего понравилось расположение и персонал. Комнаты были чистые, и 24/7 бесплатный чай. Клима работала хорошо.

Интернет был слабый и только в одной комнате он работал хорошо.

Бюджетный отель в историческом центре
Pros:

Понравилась цена, персонал (можно решить любой вопрос, надо только подойти на ресепшен и озвучить его), при заселении нам помогли поднять чемоданы на 4 этаж, расположение (только ооочень крутой подъем, но не долго), чай, вода в любое время суток, чайник можно взять на ресепшене, в отеле было тихо и спокойно, наш покой нарушал только муэдзин из соседней мечети, рядом улочка с кафе, супермаркетами, сувенирными лавками, обмен валюты (курс не выгодный). Белье было чистое, целое, полотенца меняли по запросу. Запах плесени. Нас на две ночи заселили в номер с видом на море, балконом и запахом плесени, затем переселили в номер с видом на мечеть и там плесени не было.

Cons:

Запах плесени в некоторых номерах, подушки, одеяло узкое и длинное, если развернуть поперек, то короткое.

Путешествие по Истамбулу
Pros:

Отличное расположение,в центре.,цена номера..Не навязчивый персонал.Отель для того чтобы только переночевать после экскурсий.Так как питание в соседнем отеле ""Divaz""однообразное, лучше не платить сразу за все дни,попробуйте и по желанию заплатите в тот день когда пойдете.... может вам лучше за эти деньги позавтракать в другом месте....

Cons:

Маленький номер ,он явно на одного человека......этот номер как маленькая спальня без принадлежностей,фена,ограниченного в ванне набора,в виде маленького мыла и туалетной бумаги.В уборке и замене постели не нуждалась.

la situation de géographique de l'hotel

Cons:

L’hôtel qui n'est pas du tout entretenu. c'est une honte d'accueillir des clients dans ces conditions: la saleté des espaces extérieurs et le manque d'entretien; la non conformité des chambres par rapport à la description (chambre superieur): la chambre "appartement" avec de la moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain (je suis allergique et Asthmatique), nous avons été obligé de quitter l'hotel0. ce qui devait être un séjour agréable à Istanbul c'est soldé par des problèmes de santé à cause du manque d'hygiène et d'entretien des lieux. Par ailleurs le matériel mis à disposition était dans un état pitoyable (plaque de cuisson rouillée inutilisable, four à micro-onde crasseux...). c'est la première fois que je vis une telle situation. j'ai perdu mon argent. Je ne recommande pas du tout. je suis également en colère contre booking qui n'a pas réagi suite à plusieurs commentaires qui décrivent des situations similaires de l'hotel, c'est inacceptable et cela ternie l'image de cette plateforme.

es war schrecklich das Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte keine Fenster überall roch es nach Katzenkot und Urin die Decken Kissen und die Matratze alles hatte gelbe Flecken alles war sehr verdreckt da ich Nachts angekommen bin musste ich eine Nacht da übernachten am nächsten Tag bin ich sofort raus leider bekam ich mein Geld nicht zurück und musste mir ein anderes Hotel suchen
Leute das Hotel ist zwar günstig und verlockend aber Finger weg die Fotos sind auch Fake es ist ein altes heruntergekommenes Haus
