Pros:

la situation de géographique de l'hotel

Cons:

L’hôtel qui n'est pas du tout entretenu. c'est une honte d'accueillir des clients dans ces conditions: la saleté des espaces extérieurs et le manque d'entretien; la non conformité des chambres par rapport à la description (chambre superieur): la chambre "appartement" avec de la moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain (je suis allergique et Asthmatique), nous avons été obligé de quitter l'hotel0. ce qui devait être un séjour agréable à Istanbul c'est soldé par des problèmes de santé à cause du manque d'hygiène et d'entretien des lieux. Par ailleurs le matériel mis à disposition était dans un état pitoyable (plaque de cuisson rouillée inutilisable, four à micro-onde crasseux...). c'est la première fois que je vis une telle situation. j'ai perdu mon argent. Je ne recommande pas du tout. je suis également en colère contre booking qui n'a pas réagi suite à plusieurs commentaires qui décrivent des situations similaires de l'hotel, c'est inacceptable et cela ternie l'image de cette plateforme.

es war schrecklich das Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte keine Fenster überall roch es nach Katzenkot und Urin die Decken Kissen und die Matratze alles hatte gelbe Flecken alles war sehr verdreckt da ich Nachts angekommen bin musste ich eine Nacht da übernachten am nächsten Tag bin ich sofort raus leider bekam ich mein Geld nicht zurück und musste mir ein anderes Hotel suchen
Leute das Hotel ist zwar günstig und verlockend aber Finger weg die Fotos sind auch Fake es ist ein altes heruntergekommenes Haus

I had a wonderful time
Pros:

Everything was great! The staff was excellent and very friendly. The location is great, as it's right next to all the main attractions, such as the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. I'd absolutely recommend it.

Cons:

The only issue was the fact that the fire alarm was broken and started beeping a couple of times without any apparent reason, but that's life; It's a really nice place overall.

Pros:

All the staff, everything. I absolutely loved. I'm a simple and grateful person, so I was really really happy with everything.

Cons:

If I had to absolutely fault one thing, it would be the WiFi speeds, that's about it. But it's still superb for messaging and browsing. But why would you be in hotel just for WiFi when you're in a city to explore, have your own Internet sim and esim arranged too.

I had a great stay! The staff are very friendly, and the entire place is kept very clean. My room was cleaned every single day during my visit. Recommended
