Breakfast was above average and clean and well stocked. The lady who was in charge of breakfast was friendly and effecient.
I thought I was getting a room with a chair and ottoman like the one pictured in the website, but the chair had no ottoman. They were kind enough to bring in something but it was not an ottoman, too hard and too tall. Since I sleep in a chair, the size and hardness is important.
Also, I was promised a senior discount by the woman who checked us in. I had been quoted a price at time of booking of $254 AFTER ALL TAXES and before the discount. Instead, at check out, I was charged $260.00. So I was charged more and not given discount and the young man at the desk couldn't explain any of it. Shouldn't hire people who can't explain the bill.
Beautiful facility. Good room, great comfy bed. Good breakfast. Personnel very helpful.

First room heat was stuck on 85 and the fridge was hot and leaking onto the carpet. Moved us down the hall and the beds were some of the worse beds I’ve ever slept in. The springs poked through the mattress in the bed and the pull out couch
The Front Desk Manager did a great job helping us get the issues with Booking.com corrected.
Dirty carpet, roach in bathroom, mold in the bathroom. Smelled musty.
