No hot water in the shower, and the room and bed had an unpleasant odor.

The beds were not comfortable. Very springy. Not fluffy pillows - bring your own.
The breakfast was good
Arrived late and went up to the room after checking in to find a dirty room. There were no other rooms available so they gave us sheets to strip and remake the beds. The front desk gave us $20 off for our trouble, but said the manager could probably do more. Still waiting for a call from the manager as she doesn’t work on the weekends.
Easy check in, clean bedding, clean bathroom. Easy access to interstate. Staff were helpful.

TV channel line up was terrible with most stations unavailable.
The front desk person was direct and not caring about our situation with a death in the family and needing to extend our stay for a day. Immediate reply was that they would not have a room clean for us the next day and secondly they were expecting a large crowd as well and were limited. Then she retracted and said we could stay longer in the same room but the price would be almost doubled.
I said she was unfair and she gave me an insincere sorry in reply. We did not argue. We made reservations with another hotel in the area at a much less price than we had paid there. It exceeded our expectations and they were very kind and thoughtful. We will not be staying at a Radisson again! Also, I did not report that in the morning we found our ground floor room window one third open when we were ready to take our leave. Anyone could have climbed in our room! Scary!
2 separate rooms (suite) was nice.
Thermostat didn't work. It was 82+ degrees in the room when we woke up in the morning. Stifling and very uncomfortable.
Easy to find, right off the highway. Close to restaurants
The beds were clean but that’s about it. The floors, couch and bathroom were not cleaned and there were wrappers and dirt left from the previous stay. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were empty.
I asked for an accessible room. It was so helpful to have a low bed, a rail by the toilet and a rail in the bathtub.
The staff was very friendly and helpful! The pool area was clean and well kept. Our room was bigger than expected and we had an overall great experience!

The location was decent.
The air was hardly working set the thermostat to 42 so it would cool off and room stayed at 75 the entire stay! The facilities are completely rundown and past due for an upgrade! I do not believe these facilities have been cleaned in the past 20 years. They are absolutely filthy with stains on the floors, stains on the walls, carpet and bathroom floors are both sticky along with mold and dust all over the vents and around the door where the ac unit is. Beds are extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The pullout couch was completely filthy and looked like it had a bed of rats living under it. I am unsure that the floor was ever vacuumed because of the amount of bugs in the carpet. Overall this was a terrible stay with not much help or reasoning behind the filth and the lack of air.
