This was the first time I had gotten a suite and I loved it! Having the separate area to sit and relax was great
We had been given a bottle of wine and put it in the refrigerator to get cold but the bar on the door was broken but placed in the correct spot so it wasn't visible until the bottle had fallen and broken all over the floor. Also the shampoo and conditioner are put in the rooms as amenities it just makes sense that they would be check between guests so they are not empty, like it was in our room.
Clean and very spacious. Also the staff was very friendly!
I didn’t like how there were no ice machines around. I had to go all the way down to the lobby and they had to get it from their kitchen.
Our room was great, but the T V in the bedroom wasn't working
We were ok, the Tv didn't work in the bedroom
Nothing
Needs update , beds hard , roaches in room
Nice and clean
Our breakfast on Saturday
It was quite
It’s was pretty until I and my kids saw roaches
Clean, large room. Windows opened so it helped with the heat that you could not turn off.
The check in agent signed me up for email and a Hilton account without my permission or asking me. It was taking a long time to check in, much longer than usual. I asked if there was a problem? He said no I am updating your information. He asked for my email and I thought it was to verify my reservation. It wasn’t it wax to sign me up for spam from them. Totally unacceptable. It ruined an otherwise great stay. I am still quite livid about it.
The hotel was in rough shape, it needed a remodel. It was rundown, the front doors didn’t work, the elevator was in the middleof the property, it was at least a 3 to 4 minute walk from the front lobby way down the hallways, very inconvenient, and when you got on theelevator to go to the third floor, it made a huge bang noise and it felt like it was going to fall to the ground floor. Very scary. The hallways smelled funky. The road noise from the freeway was horrific. It was like I was standing on the freeway, and my room was on the backside of the hotel. Way away from the freeway. The kitchen cabinets were nasty and falling apart. The kitchen sink was not attached properly. But the worst thing was, I could hear everything around me. The walls were very thin like I was in a motel six from the 80s, and they were bugs coming out of the cabinets and out from under the sink. Nasty the Indian owners need to take care of their customers better and when I say Indian, I mean the country of India, not Native Americans. The parking was inadequate. And when it rained it flooded everywhere, I was sitting on the patio by the pool and it started raining and all of a sudden. It started down, pouring right in front of me from a busted gutter.
size of the room worked well for one with sleeping problems not to disturb other in room
next to the highway loud outside however quite on the inside so not too bad
Room was great size and layout.
We discovered fleas in the room as we were leaving, the bed was not the most comfortable, and the sound of people stomping in the hallway, and the TV volume was stuck at a very low setting.
Got to be faster on the breakfast
The affordable suite, cleanness, free breakfast and afternoon get together.
Pillows are too flat, no firmness to them, scratchy towels, pool not heated, it was too cold to get in on a beautiful day. A hot tub would be nice.
The inconsistency in her service was concerning and left me feeling dismissed and unwelcome. In today’s climate, especially during Black History Month, experiences like this carry a deeper weight. Black men and women continue to face disparities in how they are treated in public spaces and customer service environments. While I cannot speak to her intentions, the lack of effort, the disregard, and the sudden change in behavior once management appeared made the situation feel reflective of the broader issues many Black guests still encounter. It is disappointing to experience this at a brand that prides itself on hospitality.
Hilton’s mission is to be the most hospitable company in the world and to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality. Hilton’s core values include hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency. None of these values were reflected in the service I received from Lindsey. Her approach did not represent the Hilton brand and did not reflect the level of care guests should expect.
