It was very unpleasant if you were trying to get a night's sleep.
Pros:

The room was nice. Nice comfortable bed, TVs in both rooms, good setup.

Cons:

The traffic noise was TERRIBLE! Neither my husband or I could sleep through it. We had stayed at this property a year ago, but our room was in a different location and we didn't notice the noise.

You do have nice suites though.

The location was perfect for where I had to be. The set-up was nice. The pool was very pretty. The sitting area was very nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The way you could hear everyone's conversation through the walls and as you pass in the halls. The bed had a really bad stain on the mattress. Made me feel really sick and dirty. There was real bad stains on the couch and food on the floors.The front desk clerk wasn't very friendly. She never greeted me with a smile. And when I asked a question, she was really short with her words as if she didn't want to answer.

Cons:

Not sure if the ac was broken but throughout the hotel and in the lounge area it was very hot.. the rooms didn’t cool much either. With all the money being spent I hope they weren’t being stingy

The location was nice. Very accommodating for our huge family. Breakfast area was huge and nice so everyone wasn’t piled in like sardines trying to sit down. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

As soon as we got into our room, I set a bag on the counter and roaches came out of the coffee station basket. And there was one in the shower. I went downstairs to let the front desk lady know and she didn’t seem care a lot. Said she would try and move us to another room but didn’t have anymore, which was totally fine, but then I asked for at least a discount and she rolled her eyes and told me to call management about that and handed me a bottle of raid roach spray. (In my opinion if you have roach spray right around the desk door, you know there’s roaches, and don’t use the room until they are taken care of). Room 227! Without the roaches, it could be cleaned a bit better, and it’d be an excellent facility. Maybe more than one elevator and entrance.

Happy with price and room, no maid service first day and didn’t come to our door at all
