The restaurant staff only acknowledged my husband and not me, which felt quite sexist...would have been nice to be asked by waiter how my meal was, not just ask my husband.

Would stay again & if not at least dine in restaurant when next in Taupo.

Loved the bar, restaurant & entertainment area & heated pool plus location to lake Taupo. Reception were friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Some parts were tired. Noise from adjoining room’s & hallways as people arrived & left.

One of the best places to stay with fam in taupo
Pros:

Location, rooms and breakfast were great. The pool is nice and hot, kids were enjoying it a lot. Fantastic views from the room and friendly staff
