Chargeback will need to be completed prior to check in. Housekeeping is not provided daily unless requested by 10am, major cleans provided every 3 days.

DOG FRIENDLY AMBIGUITY

Booking site is ambiguous about dog friendly rooms, it makes you think when booking that the whole hotel is dog friendly, and then when confirmation comes through you find it isn't so. Grrrr
TV in room was not working properly, voice activated and unhelpful, we were unable to tune into the channel we wanted to watch the soccer 😑

Short stay
Pros:

Lovely staff. Booking in easy, room was ready. Room clean and had every thing we needed for short stay.
Lots of restaurants near by. Bus stop to city short walk. Room was quite.
Parking on site.

Highly recommend
Pros:

We arrived around midnight after a late flight. The after hours check in was well explained and was easy to check in. The reserved car parking was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The heater being on in the room on a cold night was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.
