I’m extremely angry with my experience at Sheraton Manila Bay. I stayed here weeks ago and paid a security deposit of PHP 7,500, which I was told would be returned after checkout. Yet weeks later, I still have not received my deposit back.

What’s even worse is that I’ve had to repeatedly chase the hotel via email just to get any response about it. A reputable hotel should not require guests to beg for their own money back. It is clear they're hoping guests will forget about their deposit. This is unacceptable behavior for a hotel that claims to operate at an international standard.

If you stay here, be prepared to fight to get your own money back. Good luck with that!

My friends and I had an exceptional experience . From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming .The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us valued throughout our stay.Special mention to Eli, the Manager at the Club Lounge for her great assistance and also to to her staff Lyka and Arnold. Bryan at the Buffet area was also very accommodating during breakfast. Those staff mentioned were truly gems of Sheraton Manila Bay.
Thanks to all the chef for the delicious food served at the Club Lounge and Breakfast area.

We really enjoyed our stay here the room, location,atmosphere is very good. Costumer service is marvellous.

Great and helpful team at the coffee shop, our daily working hangout space, Henson and his colleagues take super well care of us :)

This is a great spot if you need a comfortable place to study or work. The place is aesthetic and clean with free wifi and many outlets, and it’s easy to stay focused for long hours. The staff are also very accommodating.

That said, it is on the pricey side, and the coffee could definitely be better considering the cost. Overall, it’s still a solid option if you’re looking for a productive space, just be prepared for the higher prices.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The ambiance was cozy and stylish, perfect for both dining and drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—special thanks to Ms. Eljene for suggesting a cocktail that I absolutely loved the penicillin at the bar. The food was delicious, well‑presented, and full of flavor. Great service, great food, and great vibes. Highly recommended and definitely coming back

Had such a nice time at Manila Bay &More and I just want to give a shoutout to Eljene for the amazing service!

She was super friendly and welcoming from the start, and she made us feel really comfortable. She was attentive without being overbearing, and she made sure we had everything we needed. It honestly made the whole experience even better.

It’s always a big plus when someone serves you with a genuine smile, and Eljene definitely did. Because of her, I’d happily come back again.

We had such a fantastic experience at Manila Bay Kitchen inside Sheraton Manila Bay!

The food selection was excellent, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was flavorful and well-prepared, making the entire dining experience truly enjoyable.

What made our visit extra special was the outstanding service. Christine were incredibly attentive, warm, and professional throughout our meal. They made sure we were comfortable, checked on us regularly, and assisted us with genuine smiles. Her hospitality truly reflects the high standards of the hotel.

Because of her, and the team our experience was even more memorable. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Manila Bay Kitchen to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service in Manila.
