Scrambled eggs and sausage, 4 days in a row. There could have been a little variety.
Some things in the room need fixed. The electric outlets by the bed need to be replaced. I would plug something in and it would fall out. The toilet paper holder was almost falling off the wall. The faucet in the tub was very loose.
It was in a convenient location. The staff tried to be helpful.
Not a well maintained property. First room air conditioner didn't work and was pretty dirty. The bathroom door handle didn't work and the room smelled musty (probably because of the non working air conditioner) They moved us to another room which was better, but still didn't feel clean. the carpet almost had a sticky feel to it. The grounds were not well maintained. really tall crass outside. When we pulled up, we thought it might be closed.

Could have been better if there was sausage gravy. Would be better if the pool was bigger .
Everything easy to get the kids to the amusement parks.
Water pressure and shower and sink needed some repairs very loose.
Nothing was denied my reservation
The clerk did not honor my reservation number. My family and I had to go to another hotel I had paid in full my reservation through Booking.com which sent me emails almost everyday that my reservation was soon coming up and looking forward to my stay at comfort suites Mason . But I arrived about 5:00 to check in and my reservation was denied and even thought I had my confirmation I was denied the rooms I had paid for I have been unable to reach a human about this and I even tried talking to someone that evening with no success.
I will not use Booking.com again I have been a customer for years but the insensitive way I was treated and results from this website have made me very untrusting. The AI is awful I can't work with a robot It only knows what the computer tells it I don't understand why if I have A confirmation number why I could not at least be reimbursed for the 2 rooms I booked and paid for

The location was great.
Breakfast was very little, not enough food for the amount of people.

Dark and moldy smell in room. Staff not very friendly.
Limited Breakfast...pool looked green and gross
We liked how close it was to the park. They had working ice maker and water fountain
The room layout was very weird. Fire detector was hanging from ceiling, shower nosel and plug were badly patched. Breakfast had limited options. The outlets barely held a charger. One small movement and the charger would fall out.
