Great place and location
Nothing
Room was pretty quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant.
Pool was smaller than expected. Breakfast could have offered a couple more options.
I liked how big my room was and especially the size of the bed.
I didn't like how the staff only came once to change out the trash, bed, and bathroom supplies for a 14 night stay.
Convenient to our activities
Bathroom needed cleaned better stuff on door, down side of tub. Air conditioning didn't work had it set to 66 and it was very uncomfortable to sleep

Both rooms had damage, heater in one room didn’t work great, cold air rushed in from the wall unit not being fully sealed at the wall. First room wasn’t very clean, sheets and towels had stains.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The carpets in the room were visibly dirty, the room had a bad odor, and the bed cover didn’t look or feel clean at all. When I raised my concerns with room service, the response I got was extremely unhelpful – they literally said, "What can we do?" instead of offering any solution or apology.
I paid for the room through booking.com and upon arrival or departure I was charged again for both rooms and 150 dollar deposit was taken. I contacted the hotel management and they told me it was my problem to figure out with Booking.com. After about an hour they called me back saying that they would return my money and their was some sort of era on booking.com side and my money should be return within 2 business days.
They stole money out of my account and said somehow it was booking.com that was at fault. Charged me for the same rooms twice stated my check out time was 130pm when we were clearly out of there at 10am (check their cameras) took 150 deposit which was never disclosed to me when booking, told me I needed to figure it out with booking.com, and acted like I was being a problem for them because I wanted a refund on my money.
After being on the phone with them they eventually called back and stated my money would be returned within a couple business days. I'm not sure who is to blame but they say it is booking.com and not their hand and I just want my money returned.

People roaming halls stairs after midnight. Not quiet
Location and easy access. Pool open late.
Breakfast was terrible, and cleanliness. There was toothpaste on the shower wall and mildew on the wall under the sink.
Breakfast needs more selection
My credit card still has the $100 incidental charge. It needs to be taken off my charge. I prepaid and I bought some shaving cream. That charge is correct.
Had to ask for pool towels.
