Pros:

The location to Kings island was nice

Cons:

The staff was rude as could be. Didn't greet us, just stood there and stared. Charged a $100 "deposit" but left the room as it was when we got there and it wasnt any dirtier and confused to why we paid a deposit of $100 more than what we booked for.

Convenience
Pros:

Conveniently close to kings island, and plenty of restaurants.

Cons:

The property was good but you can tell it is an older building, elevator was kind of slow at one point I thought I was going to be stuck in it, took forever for the doors to open.

Cons:

The rooms are dated and updated the bathroom tub has sealant around the drain and the toilet was old in need of a new seat I requested a ground floor room due to my surgery on both of my knees I called the office and sent an email requesting about 2 weeks prior to our arrival but my request was denied and the person at the front desk wasn't concerned at all

The fact that they told me that my card was declined even though I had proof that my room was paid for in full in advance. I have contacted both booking.com ad well as the hotel management, and have yet to hear back from either, or receive a refund. Will not do business again, and would not recommend

The price was right, the room was comfortable, and I'll stay there again yes.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. I've stayed at this Comfort Suites several times and will again. Location is convenient to restaurants, gasoline, and freeway. My room was nice, clean, and spacious. It had everything thing I needed. It also had the TV STATION GUIDE, thank you for that. I hate to channel surf .

Cons:

It seemed like the hot water could have been hotter. The tub seemed a little slick when taking a shower. Hot water rinses the soap better on the body and the tub. Fan was a little noisy, but not a major issue for me. It's a waste of time for me. Some hotels have them, some don't.
