Pros:

Being remodeled
Pros:

The hotel is being remodeled. The lobby and breakfast area have been completed. I am not sure if my room was completely finished but the bedroom area was very nice. The bathroom had the shower area and sink and mirror all done. The tub was old and needed additional grouting and the base boards and cracks in the bathroom walls needed attending to. The room was clean and everyone was very friendly. I gave it a 4 because it is going through a remodeling and hopefully the small things will be tended to later.

This is a nice and convenient place to stay when we visit our relatives in Woodbury.
Pros:

The staff was very nice. When there no more oatmeal when I arrived at the breakfast area, the staff member in who oversaw the breakfast made another container.

Cons:

There was a dog on our floor that barked a lot and woke everyone up The TV in the fitness room did not work and there was no water in the cooler.

I would book here again!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were all very nice and professional. The room was cozy and beds comfortable. Although small the pool was nice.

We stay here alot and everyone is so nice

Cons:

This time around the hot tub jets weren't turning on right when you go to turn them on and the vent fan in our room didn't work and was pulled half out of the wall in the bathroom.

Pros:

The place could use some maintenance. Vacuum, Broom, some paint. The floors throughout the common areas had a lot of litter. 2 days in a row. The furniture in my room was pretty beat up. Walls are pretty banged up throughout the facility, doesn't look good.
Staff was friendly.
