This is a nice and convenient place to stay when we visit our relatives in Woodbury.
Pros:

The staff was very nice. When there no more oatmeal when I arrived at the breakfast area, the staff member in who oversaw the breakfast made another container.

Cons:

There was a dog on our floor that barked a lot and woke everyone up The TV in the fitness room did not work and there was no water in the cooler.

I would book here again!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were all very nice and professional. The room was cozy and beds comfortable. Although small the pool was nice.

Cons:

This time around the hot tub jets weren't turning on right when you go to turn them on and the vent fan in our room didn't work and was pulled half out of the wall in the bathroom.

Pros:

The place could use some maintenance. Vacuum, Broom, some paint. The floors throughout the common areas had a lot of litter. 2 days in a row. The furniture in my room was pretty beat up. Walls are pretty banged up throughout the facility, doesn't look good.

Pros:

It took over 25 min to check in. It was insane. The lady spent over 10 min looking at "her notes" about how to check someone in, then another 15 min trying to figure out the printer. Absolutley unacceptable
