Friendly Atmosphere
Pros:

The hotel was modern and comfy downstairs. The breakfast was delightful, included all the desired items: oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, and that CRISPY bacon (Thank you Maria). Jennifer was a great help along the way, guiding us in the right direction. We appreciate you!

Pros:

It’s physically close to the Moody Center.

Cons:

The property is difficult to get to primarily due to the construction in the area.

The property is dated and for the money it sucks
Pros:

The property was dated with crappy pillows and dated decor. The staff was rude, like so many in Austin and the value was a joke

If you are just staying one night and don't care about a plush stay, this place is just fine.
Pros:

All good as a business, one night stay. Convenient, with it's own restaurant and a Denny's next door. The gym is adequate if not exceptional.

Cons:

If you get a room that faces the highway, the lights from the parking lot can be disruptive at night unless you use the blackout curtains. (If you like morning light, you can't get it.) Also would be nice to use warm light in the rooms instead of that weird gray "daylight" bulb.
