Helpful staff. Gave us early check in and late checkout. Very accommodating. Very polite and the 2bhk is spacious for a family of 3 to 4. Though only one bathroom in 2bhk.

Cons:

Breakfast is in the hotel next door. The options of breakfast could be better. Very standard.

Pros:

I really liked the staff on reception, the cleaning lady and how they changed the towels every day, cleaned the room every day. Very good quality of the mattress on the bed.

Sentralt beliggenhet med ren leilighet særlig håndklærne!
Pros:

Følte meg som hjemme! Alt var bra og beliggenheten var perfect etter at jeg er glad i konserter og Heyde Aliove sin seray var i 5 min. Gang avstand.
Bra renhold og god hjelp fra receptions ansatte.

Terrible food, worst experience and doesn’t worth it at all.

And the studio was spacious

Cons:

First of all, its not a hotel and can’t compete with 4 stars hotels at all.
First, we were 3 ladies and we had 6 heavy luggage, nobody helped us with our luggage instead the staff was sitting relaxing watching us.
Secondly, I booked at least two hours before our arrival which was at 11 pm, why should we wait in the lobby till our studio is ready!!! They should prepare immediately after my booking not after our arrival!
Thirdly, the breakfast is horrible food tastes and smells so bad zero variety and 50% of the plates were already empty!
Fourth, the pictures are slightly different no washing machine for example
And finally, all the staff have this weird look whenever we enter to or exit From the lobby area.
I have stayed in 3 other properties in Azerbaijan and this was the worst experience
I don’t recommend it for anyone.

To be avoided. The hotel advertises a gym and a swimming pool that are not located on the premises.

The hotel’s location is well connected by metro for getting around the city.

If I could give a 0, I would, but I’ll leave 1 as the final rating.
The hotel advertises the pool and the gym with photos and descriptions, but they do not provide correct information about access and opening hours. The pool, for example, is for women only and has restricted hours, and this was not mentioned at the time of booking. The gym, on the other hand, is located in the building next to the hotel, and I was only informed during my stay that it is possible to access it, but with an extra fee. This is unacceptable when promoting facilities that are not even on-site.

I requested a partial refund for this inconvenience on November 25, and the refund arrived only after two months, on January 21. As a justification, the hotel explained that it was unable to make an international bank transfer from an Azerbaijani account to a UK account. In all my years of traveling and staying in hotels around the world, I have never heard a property use this excuse regarding payments. I am surprised that this hotel is still promoted on Booking.com after all the complaints about the false advertising of the gym and the pool.

Magada aitas aga mõttetult suur tubade kompleks.

Hommikusöök oli kohutav ja osa toitu halvaks läinud .
Asukoht oli hea otse linna sùdames.

Cons:

On ennast hotellina kirja pannud aga pigem lihtsalt hostel,kus on toad. Ilusat avarat fuajeed pole.

Absolutely loved this place!! great location, amazing staff, and I can’t wait to return!
Pros:

Wonderful place with spacious, comfortable suites in a great location. Everything is close by, yet the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again and again.
