Ár érték arányban nagyon jó, jó helyen, hatalmas szoba
Pros:

Hatalmas kétszobás szállást kaptunk, konyhával, nagy hűtővel. Előzetesen kértem, hogy jó internet kapcsolatot szeretnék, kifogástalan volt, gyors, megbízható. A takarító személyzet minden nap cserélte a törölkezőket és rendberakta a szobákat! Ez magasabb szint, mint amit az ár alapján gondoltam. A hotel elhelyezkedése tökéletes, bevásárlás és a tömegközlekedés szempontjából is. Gyalog fél óra az old city, mi inkább gyalog jártunk és nézelődtünk. A hoteltől pár méterre talán Baku legkedvesebb személyzetű kávézója van (BAKKU COFFEE), hangulatos, finom kávéval, mi inkább ott regeliztünk.

Cons:

Egy felújítás ráférne a hotelre, a reggeli kínálata nem a megszokott - bár ez más bakui hotelben is így volt.

Good value for money, central location, practical amenities, but service needs improvement.
Pros:

We found the hotel to be a good value for money option overall. The free airport transfer made our arrival very convenient and stress-free.
The room was clean, well-prepared, and met our expectations for the price we paid. It was equipped with many useful amenities such as a washing machine, stove, kettle, iron, refrigerator, and microwave, which made our stay comfortable and practical. Daily housekeeping was consistent, with fresh water provided and towels changed regularly.
The location of the hotel was another strong advantage. It was centrally located, making it easy to reach many places either on foot or by a short taxi ride. Having a 24/7 market right next to the hotel was also very convenient.
Overall, for a short stay, it provided everything we needed at a reasonable price.

Cons:

The main downside of our stay was the overall service quality, especially regarding staff attitude and the dining experience. The reception staff did not feel particularly welcoming upon arrival.
The breakfast, served at a different location, had very limited variety and items were not refilled on time, even after multiple requests. This made it difficult to have a proper breakfast.
Dinner was provided at a partner restaurant with no option to choose meals. The portions were unbalanced, and the quality was average at best. Additionally, the restaurant staff appeared unwelcoming towards guests coming from the hotel.
Another minor issue was that the television in the room was not working.

Хороший и недорогой апарт-отель! Однозначно рекомендую.
Pros:

Удобное расположение отеля. До метро и автобуса в аэропорт 10 минут пешком, до набережной - 20. Рядом большой продовольственный магазин. У нас был просторный номер с кухней-столовой оснащенный всем необходимым для длительного проживания. Удобная кровать, хорошее постельное белье. Благожелательный и очень отзывчивый персонал. Отличный вид из окна. Полупансион, - завтраки в соседнем отеле и ужины в близлежащем кафе. Бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта при проживании более трех дней.

Cons:

Вход в апарт-отель из не очень непрезентабельного переулка, но зато напротив лавки с фруктами, зеленью и местными пирожками.
Завтраки и ужины очень скромные,

Sanırım açıklamalarda yazıyormuş ama ben fark etmemişim(?), sauna, havuz vs. sadece kadınlara özelmiş. Kullanamadım, oteli tercih etmemdeki en büyük sebepti, büyük eksi puan bana göre. Eğer sabah bir yüzerim sonra günüme başlarım falan diyorsanız ve erkekseniz bu otel o otel değil, giremiyorsunuz. Spor olarak yüzmeye alternatif olarak gym var onu sunuyorlar. Tekrar kontrol ettim hala göremedim açıklamayı, böyle bir durum varsa da daha belirgin bir şekilde yazılmalı. Seyahat etmeyi düşünenler bu yorumu dikkate alabilir

Хороший номер - красивый вид из окна, бесплатный трансфер, спортзал-
Pros:

Все здорово. Даже договорились на бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт (вместо трансфера из аэропорта) + бесплатный спортзал. Завтрак простой, чтобы не быть голодным и не тратить время и деньги в кафе, а осматривать город и окрестности. Вид из окна очень красивый - на море и достопримечательности.

Mükemmel, konforlu ve oldukça ekonomik!
Pros:

Personel çok ilgiliydi, sadece konaklama konusunda değil rehberlik konusunda da çok yardımcı oldular.

Ayrıca uçağımız çok erken saatlerde Bakü'de olunca otele erken gittik ve bizi ücretsiz olarak Check in den beş altı saat önce odaya kabul ettiler. Bu o günü çok daha anlamlı geçirmemize olanak tanıdı. Bu çok takdire şayan bir durum.

Yatak odası ve oturma-mutfak kısmının ayrı oluşu bizi çok rahatlattı; biri uyurken diğeri onu rahatsız etmeden başka işlerini halledebildi. Biz mutfağı pek kıullanmasak da güzel bir konfordu.

Otelin konumu oldukça merkeziydi, ama sakin bir yerdeydi. Ünlü yaya caddesi Nizami ye 800 metre, İçerişehir e ise 1,7 km. idi ve yine ünlü Park Bulvarına 1,2 km uzaklıktaydı. Biz hemen her yere yürüyerek gittik.

Aslında kahvaltıyı Genius üyesi olarak Bookin.com tarafından bedava aldık, bu da çok güzel bir hediye oldu bize. Teşekkürler Booking cok.

En hoşumuza giden noktalardan biri de otelin üç günden fazla otelde kalan müşterilerine havaalanı servisini bedava vermesiydi. Sadece varış için ama, dönerken kendimiz ödedik, fakat otel taksi çağırmada da çok yardımcı oldu.

Cons:

Kahvaltı daha zengin olabilirdi, ama yine de yeterliydi diyebilirim. Ayrıca kahvaltı hazırlayan bayan çok kibar ve iyiydi.

Kaldığımız binadaki kahvaltı salonu henüz tamamlanmadığı için hemen yan binada kahvaltı ettik. Oradaki kahvaltı salonu 9. katta olduğu için manzarası oldukça güzeldi. Umarım en kısa zamanda kahvaltı salonu otelin kendi binasında olur.

„Das Personal im Hotel war insgesamt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings war das Hotel selbst sehr alt. In der Küche waren viele Dinge veraltet. Die Toilettenbürste sah aus, als wäre sie seit Jahren nicht gereinigt worden – sie war gelb und sogar mit Wasser gefüllt. Für das Frühstück mussten wir etwa 50 Meter zu einem anderen Gebäude, dem Diplomat Hotel, gehen, da es sich nicht im selben Gebäude befand. Außerdem war die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr begrenzt.“

Great Apartments in very good location
Pros:

Love the views from my very spacious and well equipped apartment. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast and good swimming pool with sauna included in the very reasonable rate.. Highly recommend!!😄

Cons:

A cafetiere would be nice to make coffee but that's just a small suggestion. It's great!
