Location.
This is not a 5 Star Hotel, it is a very overpriced , very ordinary hotel & very dissapointing.
The bathroom and Water filter
I didnt expect that the other room can hear us. We had a party and they just knocked lots of times through the wall.
The river views
Nothing
I loved everything about my stay my roo. The facilities the staff and especially my long black the baista made. I love my french mojito everything was perfect for me.
Id stay again
Cant think of anything thst i didnt like
Very spacious room and leisurely stroll to Elizabeth Quay
A bit disappointed with the outdoor pool area as much smaller than appeared in the photos
The concierge service was wonderful and limited the stress of getting back and forth from our car with lots of luggage, mobility equipment and a wheelchair. so helpful, they made our stay.
The breakfast buffet was quite expensive, so I expected a good cup of coffee not percolated.
Ottima struttura a Perth, rapporto qualità prezzo davvero eccezionale. Colazione molto ricca e varia, camere grandi pulite e spazione. Ottimi spazi comuni.
Da un hotel a cinque stelle ci si può aspettare anche di più, ma considerando che ho pagato il prezzo di un tre stelle (in sconto, peraltro) è davvero impossibile lamentarsi
Staff were fabulous and professional, the hotel itself is stunning - the foyer is very beautiful, and everything is clean. They offer a valet service which is very efficient.
The on-site restaurants are fabulous - particularly the Firewater Grille for breakfast and dinner. It's on the more expensive end but it's well worth it.
Rooms - spacious, comfy beds, good facilities including shower and bathroom. The side with the harbour view is very nice.
Location - pretty ideal! A short walk to both the pier and waterside (including some really good eateries), the ferry, the belltower, and about a 10-15 walk to the city centre. There are bus stops a few mins walk down the road.
There is a convenience store across the road which is quite handy, as well as cheap eats like Subway.
There is a pool which is a little awkward to get to and not super big but still very nice on a hot day and has good visiting hours (7am-9pm). They also have a gym/fitness area for those that want to use it (not me).
The parking is a bit awkward if you have a rental car and don't want to pay for valet service (which quickly adds up depending on the length of your stay). There is a public car park to the rear of the hotel which you will have to use which may not be super convenient as you have to walk between it and the hotel.
Our stay on the way back had a different room, same price but we felt like it wasn't quite as nice (eg not a sea view, bathroom was just a little bit different). Included a hair dryer which didn't work very well.
Staf we're professional and great at their jobs
That i didn't stay longer
