Room was comfy, quiet, and had plenty of space, and the location really convenient. Felt a bit luxurious without breaking the bank - the lobby especially gives a nice first impression.

Cons:

Only thing I'd wish for is overnight parking on site. Had to sort that out separately which was a bit of a hassle.

Perfect place to stay in Perth.
Pros:

Rooms were well appointed, exceptionally clean & comfortable. Every staff member we dealt with were friendly & accomodating. The bar located in the foyer had a lovely vibe with a great drinks & bar menu. Would highly recommend staying at Duxton Hotel. Is also a very handy location in Perth CBD.

Wonderful as always
Pros:

The Duxton is our favourite stay,
We have stayed more than several times.
We overheard friendly news and the club rooms we book are beautiful and comfortable.

Cons:

The price is a little bit on the higher side compared to others but the stay is wonderful.
Being able to check in earlier and leave later would be amazing!
