Extra fees apply to use of the indoor pool / whirlpool, fitness center. For more information on the opening hours/days of the fitness center and indoor pool, please contact the property directly.

Please be informed that the hotel does not provide shuttle service to Kansai International Airport.

The free shuttle is available from Sakurabashi Exit of JR Osaka Train Station to the hotel. It is available every 15 minutes from 7:45 to 22:30.

An extra bed will be prepared for a 3rd or 4th guest, only when the booking is made for 3 or 4 adults. Please indicate the correct number of guests at time of booking.

Please note that the swimming pool and sauna are closed on certain days.

Lovely way to end the holiday
Pros:

The staff at the concierge desk, so nice and helpful nothing a problem. They provide a free shuttle bus. The rooms were spacious clean and just lovely. Buffet breakfast the best so far so many choices. The property was just a gorgeous way to end our time in Japan with a little bit of luxury.

Cons:

The fact that there was an extra charge to use the pool, it was pricey and was charged every time you wanted to use the pool. Safe to say we didn’t use it because of this.

Great stay which all of the family enjoyed.
Pros:

Very clean hotel with well appointed rooms. There is a free shuttle to/from Osaka station which we used regularly, otherwise it would have been difficult for our family of four to get around. Also close to many convenience stores, including one in the hotel. Also has a well appointed fitness space.

Cons:

The additional cost for the use of the pools.

Pros:

Location is not near a train or subway stop but they did have a free shuttle to Osaka Station.

Pros:

We really like that the hotel deposits our luggage for a few days before we check in. In addition to a good stay, we like many dinning options, even for some economical budget in a five star hotel.

Just change the atmosphere for the Conference
Pros:

Very convenient, close to conference hall
has free shuttle bus to Umeda
Quite atmosphere
Lots of Coffee shops/ restaurants in the hotel

Cons:

a bit far when you need to connect to Shinkanse, it should use Taxi/Uber

The staff were also very friendly and accomodating,I would like to stay longer days if the price a little bit low.
