Please be informed that the hotel does not provide shuttle service to Kansai International Airport.

The free shuttle is available from Sakurabashi Exit of JR Osaka Train Station to the hotel. It is available every 15 minutes from 7:45 to 22:30.

An extra bed will be prepared for a 3rd or 4th guest, only when the booking is made for 3 or 4 adults. Please indicate the correct number of guests at time of booking.

Please note that the swimming pool and sauna are closed on certain days.

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Rihga Hotel. Das Hotel insgesamt ist sehr sauber und macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine tolle Auswahl und eine hohe Qualität. Ein echtes Highlight ist der Shuttle-Service zum Bahnhof – absolut genial gelöst!
​Einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt es für die Zimmerreinigung, hier hätte ich mir etwas mehr Gründlichkeit gewünscht. Dennoch überwiegen die positiven Aspekte, und ich würde das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen

Amazing hotel with amazingly comfortable beds to relax at the end of a long holiday.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout, we were even offered a room upgrade upon arrival for a very reasonable price.

Cons:

There was nothing I disliked.

Great hotel but …. Room for improvement
Pros:

Location was excellent with subway on the doorstep - our room on the 20th floor was excellent with all of the amenities we could want.

Cons:

Breakfast - the assortment is fabulous but let down by the hot food section. There’s no warm or hot plates and the food is luke warm at best so by the time you get to your table it’s near enough cold. This for a hotel of this standard wasn’t really acceptable.

Unable to control temperature in the room. Room thermostat was set too hot and we couldn’t change it.
