Pros:

Staff was friendly and facility was clean

Cons:

When you pull up the turn the shower head on the faucet would pull out from the wall, the paint in the pool was chipping really bad and it didnt look great.

Not really a complaint about the facility, but the staff seemed a little overwhelmed by a large amount of people from a youth baseball tournament that was in town.

Could have been much better had I not had my issues. The hotel was decent but everything kinda ruined it

It was clean and a decent size

Cons:

The manager was not helpful. When I checked in, she ran my card and it said accepted. She told me it didn’t go through. She asked me to run again, I did and she said that went through. When I checked my bank account, it charged me twice. I showed her that and she claimed it didn’t because they don’t charge until we leave. I told her that was false and it didn’t. She said to contact my bank. I did and they confirmed it pulled payment twice after waiting on hold for 40 minutes because it was a Saturday. I now have to wait for the dispute to receive my funds. Not happy about it at all. She didn’t fill me in on breakfast times or any specifics just handed me the key to the room. I had to ask another employee this information. Then we went to breakfast at 9:15 and they ran out of items. I asked if more of the specifics would be replenished and they said no because they didn’t expect a bunch of people to come down. I’m guessing they have a list of the number of guests that stayed that evening so they should be prepared for that many to eat…

If we’re ever up that way again we will definitely stop to stay there again
Pros:

Friendly, clean, great breakfast bar with lots of options which kept us from having to stop somewhere along the way home from our trip!
