Very nice hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious and clean with nice bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was packed for us to take on the very early safari. We had dinner at the hotel one night and it was very good. The pool was excellent, large and very clean. Also enjoyed the garden setting. The staff were wonderful and attended to every need. Excellent location.

Pros:

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es wurde kurzfristig eine Safari arrangiert, die uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Preis Leistung dafür unschlagbar!

Cons:

Es ist sehr schade, aber leider hat das Hotel schon sehr viel bessere Jahre gesehen und entspracht nicht den Fotos. Die Zimmer waren sehr heruntergekommen und alles andere als sauber. Der Pool war von Algen befallen und nicht nutzbar.

- The room was clean and had what we needed for an over night stay.
- Short walk to local restaurants, supermarket and shops.
- Breakfast was lovely.

Nicht gut gepflegtes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal
Pros:

Höfliches Personal und ein großer Parkplatz für unser TukTuk. Im Zimmer standen uns zwei Wasserflaschen zur Verfügung. Auf unsere Anfrage per App wurde schnell geantwortet und uns wurde eine schöne Safari organisiert zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Außerdem konnten wir ohne Probleme unser Gepäck im Zimmer lassen bis wir von der Safari zurück kamen.

Cons:

Das Mobiliar und die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Die Klimaanlage hat auch nur eingeschränkt funktioniert. Wir hatten das Hotel vor allem wegen des Pools gebucht, jedoch war dieser grün und wir haben uns nicht sicher gefühlt darin zu schwimmen. Auch wenn uns der nette Hotelmitarbeiter versichert hat, dass er in Ordnung ist. Wie auf den Fotos sah er allerdings nicht aus und wir waren lieber vorsichtig. Die Handtücher waren zum Teil löchrig und fleckig. Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer hätte besser sein können.

Pros:

Zimmer war gross und sauber.
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber total ok fûr 1 Nacht.
Balkonfenster liess sich öffnen auf die Seite des Hotels hin.
Weit genug weg von der Hauptstrasse -> kein Strassenlärm

Cons:

Es ist etwas hellhörig.
Abends haben andere Gäste in der Lobby getrunken & diskutiert, was man im 1. Stock gut gehört hat.

Amazing staff ensures a pleasant stay with tourist info, assistance and great food, in lovely place
Pros:

All staff exceptional -welcoming, polite, very attentive so pleasant to deal with and so helpful. Manager Charma went out of his way to help with laundry services, safari bookings, tourist info for Tissa, and arranging taxi for my onward travel. The staff member who gave me some very interesting history stories was a bonus. Chef made great meals, and wait staff so attentive. Swimming pool as very pleasant. Locale - very good- down quiet lane a few minutes from town centre.

Cons:

Internet was slow and I couldn't upload some material I needed to. This also made TV very stop, start. But minor hassle.

Amazing experience!
Pros:

Everything was amazing and so serene - beautiful property and great staff. The AC broke down and many started to check out, our family decided to stay and the host was so gracious, he gave each of us a fan in our rooms, compensated a discount for the trouble and was so appreciative to have us there. I would certainly revisit, the rooms were spacious, the food and drinks were delicious, and it was a very relaxing venue. Thank you to the owner and staff for making our visit very memorable!

Erg fijn, zeker een aanrader.
Pros:

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, ze hebben een privé Safari voor ons geregeld en ook het ontbijt meegegeven toen wij vertrokken. Het is een warme douche en goed werkende airco. Personeel had zelfs een verjaardagstaart en slingers opgehangen toen ik jarig was.

Cons:

Weinig schaduw bij het zwembad, maar wel een paar bomen waar je onder kan liggen.
