Amazing staff ensures a pleasant stay with tourist info, assistance and great food, in lovely place
Pros:

All staff exceptional -welcoming, polite, very attentive so pleasant to deal with and so helpful. Manager Charma went out of his way to help with laundry services, safari bookings, tourist info for Tissa, and arranging taxi for my onward travel. The staff member who gave me some very interesting history stories was a bonus. Chef made great meals, and wait staff so attentive. Swimming pool as very pleasant. Locale - very good- down quiet lane a few minutes from town centre.

Cons:

Internet was slow and I couldn't upload some material I needed to. This also made TV very stop, start. But minor hassle.

Amazing experience!
Pros:

Everything was amazing and so serene - beautiful property and great staff. The AC broke down and many started to check out, our family decided to stay and the host was so gracious, he gave each of us a fan in our rooms, compensated a discount for the trouble and was so appreciative to have us there. I would certainly revisit, the rooms were spacious, the food and drinks were delicious, and it was a very relaxing venue. Thank you to the owner and staff for making our visit very memorable!

Erg fijn, zeker een aanrader.
Pros:

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, ze hebben een privé Safari voor ons geregeld en ook het ontbijt meegegeven toen wij vertrokken. Het is een warme douche en goed werkende airco. Personeel had zelfs een verjaardagstaart en slingers opgehangen toen ik jarig was.

Cons:

Weinig schaduw bij het zwembad, maar wel een paar bomen waar je onder kan liggen.

Hotel jest czysty i bezpieczny a personel miły i uczynny.
Pros:

Miły personel, czysty i duży basen.
Hotel zorganizował nam naprawdę dobre safari z dnia na dzień.

Cons:

Brak restauracji - na kolacje trzeba wybrać się w okolicy. Niesmaczne śniadanie na wynos przygotowane na safari.

Could not recommend more for Yala and a chill!
Pros:

Location was great to access to Yala. Facilities were superb value for money, staff could have been more attentive or helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

We felt comfortable, well looked after and loved the experience overall
Pros:

Wonderful staff who were very attentive and helpful in organising safari and onward travel. Lovely light filled space, great swimming pool and the freshest, tastiest authentic Sri Lankan curries! The chef is fantastic. Fantastic value for money; highly recommended!

Pros:

We loved everything there- the stuff,the food,how clean it was.
All the stuff in the hotel is just perfect- pay lot of attention,taking care about you all the time and all the time smile to you. They making a great atmosphere there.
The food was so tasty and the prices are ok. The breakfast was great served and tasty. We have eaten only here at the hotel all the time because there are any good restaurant in the town.
The room was clean.It must not be luxury,it must be friendly and clean.
There is a gym in the hotel and I was so much happy about that.Small but very fine gym.
The bed cozy and we slept so good.
The manager helped us to organise a safari tour for very fear price.

Air conditioning in the gym because there is so hot.

Great place to stay in the heart of Tissa
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Tissa, comfy decent sized room. good shower. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. We were only here for a night so didn't get a chance to use the pool but had a look around, all looked clean and maintained.
