Great stay at the Residence Inn
Pros:

2nd stay that we've had at this location. We love the location along the canal walk. It is just off the main paths of the city, but is easy to navigate either driving or walking.

It was a pleasant experience!
Pros:

It was very close to downtown and the parking area was big and close to the front doors. Overall it was a great experience!

Cons:

The elevator took a long time to come around sometimes. If there were stairs to the second floor that would make things easier to get up and down.

Convenient for our needs to the weekend except for the road construction everywhere in the area.
Pros:

Breakfast this morning was wonderful. Room was on the canal so nice view and parking was convenient

Cons:

pool area is dark and too hot inside the little room being in the basement and the road construction around
the whole area was crazy - not sure why they don't fix one spot first before starting others - had to go 2 miles to
go 2 blocks that is not your fault but just annoying

We didn’t stay it looked like it was stuck in the 1990’s and parking was 33 dollars so we cancelled

Cons:

When I book it doesn’t said I need to pay for parking. After check in they said it $33 for a night then the next day I check my credit card they $40. Why and why. This is a big business why you have to do that. I am sorry this very bad business
