Great staff and guests, rooms were clean, easy check In and check out
Pros:

The staff and guests there were so friendly! They had their regulars that sat in the front and chatted early morning and they all greeted you with a huge smile. Really started your day right. The staff was extremely friendly too, we extended our stay a few times and they made the process quick and easy. Honestly felt at home here. The rooms had a full sized fridge and stove top to use too! Made cooking easy

Cons:

Wish they had a little more for breakfast but that’s okay. The coffee was delicious

Absolutely horrible! Avoid at all costs.

Nothing really. I’ve stayed at Extended Stay America Suites in other states/cities, and the lodging was fine for the price. This was by far the worst one I’ve ever stayed at.

Cons:

The interior of the building was filthy and smelled horrible. The stairwells and hallways were filthy. There was feces (dog or human is unknown) in three separate areas in the interior of this establishment, as well as trash in the hallways. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It’s felt like government funded low-income housing and/or a homeless shelter. I did not feel safe. Numerous concerns re: the cleanliness of the room as the towels were dirty, cleaning was highly questionable, and the bathroom sink had a significant leak, leaving a large amount of water on the floor. One of my worst hotel stays to date.
