World class service!!!
Pros:

Ginnifer Williamson embodies the reason most people have hope of selfless and genuine assurance from a frontline representative. Going above and beyond to ensure a smooth booking was second nature to her! Ginnifer’s reassurance took all the burden away after a fatiguing day. Her charismatic personality is needed in every location in the world and highly recommend her to be if not already, the manager of the state locations!!! 3 strikes . . . they're out
Pros:

Our stay here was quiet even though it is close to a very busy road. Property appeared to be clean, but in the morning we found trash laying next to our vehicle. Breakfast was disappointing. We both had a western omelet. One was good, but the other tasted of a cleaning product so we tossed everything and went in search of a restaurant. Don't know what type of bug was in our bed, but something bit me during the night and left a large red mark. Won't stay here again.

Had an amazing stay..staff was very friendly and attentive. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and cozy. Only thing I wish is they had smart TVs so we could watch movies on Netflix or hulu

Exceptional Service!
Pros:

Booked a suite, early arrival, for three days. Tried to check in, but couldn't do early arrival online. Kennedy walked me through the process and was a ray of sunshine on a day that was pretty much a disaster. When I did get there, 5 hours later, Piper made me feel at home and couldn't have been sweeter. Room was fine, amenities were good, but the service was exceptional!
