Your staff does a disservice to your guests by not warning them that they will be ticketed for backing into parking stalls in the structure across the street.
There are no signs posted anywhere indicating this… visitors are just expected to know? My wife and I spent not a small amount of our hard earned pay visiting your hotel and your city. This left a sour taste after an otherwise pleasant stay.
Joe Dennis, the night manager at this Doubletree property, is amazing. My room was not stocked with hand soap for some reason. I stopped by the front desk, and he said he'd take care of it for me. After realizing that there was none in the supply room, he offered to run down the street and pick up what I needed at the CVS. I said I could get it myself. Determined to make it right, he asked what would I like. I awkwardly said, "Nothing fancy, just a bar of Dove for sensitive skin." Ten minutes later he delivered it to my room with two drink vouchers, apologizing for the inconvenience. Wow. What customer service. Thanks, Joe. You are top notch!

friendly staff, super clean hotel, in a nice area with plenty of restaurant options in a nice area. OMAR went out of his way for us on more than two occasions and was super friendly to help and patient with my kids. I Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Close to venue
This hotel is near downtown. Location makes it easy to get to Mount Rushmore, Deadwood and the Badlands. Our hotel room was both clear and quiet.
