worst maintainance the water is not draining properly in the bathroom , they have changed the room twice and such a bad smell in the rooms and the corridor as well

Bed bug infested I have full video and I recorded conversation with front desk they knew they had it!

The staff were very friendly! It's a great location and great price. The breakfast was good.
When first arriving our room keys didn't work. Our room also was not supplied with any toilet paper or soap. The bathroom has a bi-fold closet door with no lock. The elevator functions but is extremely slow. None of the treadmills in the gym were in working order.

The bed was dirty/smelled awful so I slept on a towel. Bed & pillows were uncomfortable. It was very hot in the room and never got below 75 even with the ac unit on 65. The elevator took over 20 mins (not exactly sure since I gave up after 20 minutes) and I had to walk up to the 4th floor and down when I came and went. I paid for the stronger WiFi which wasn’t working properly so I had to use my personal hotspot on my phone the entire time.

Shower rail broken. Water all over the floor. Only fixed after 3 days stay and 4 complaints.
Lobby, eating area, coffee station not constantly tidied. Rooms not thoroughly clean.
Swimming area not inviting with no grass or shade.
Breakfast not appetizing. One day no yogurt. Juice machine broken.
Wifi could only accept limited amount of devices.

The television did not work. They dont have USB plugs you have to buy a plug to connect phone. No hot water.
I cancelled my reservation . The plane is so nasty and smells so bad. I couldn’t stand it. The receptionist was mean too.

This property is very conveniently located for attending shows at Ameris Bank Amphitheater. There are several restaurant options close by as well. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is included with reservation. The price is right for my one-night stay in town for a concert. Cleaning and breakfast staff were super sweet.
The hallways are extremely hot and humid. One of the elevators was insanely slow (and not working at all for part of our stay). The tub did not drain properly during showers. Front desk staff often in back office rather than at the desk and no bell or other way to notify them to come out to desk. Not super friendly when they do come out to the desk.
