Started out great until the lights went out!
Pros:

Electricity went out around 9:30ish. Did not come on until 3:10am. I was not able to finish the Miami University College game and other TV channels.

Cons:

Provide a credit amount for time lost.

Room was filthy but the potential is there. The front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was average.
Pros:

Sam at the front desk was exceptional. She is concise, sharp, and exceeded the general accommodative tone that other concierge provide.

Cons:

My room was filthy. Unfortunately, I couldn’t afford to move rooms because of my work as an attorney. I would like for the walls to have been cleaned thoroughly. I did not alert the staff, as I could not move my things until the end of my stay.

“Okay” option for just staying one night for the price.

Cons:

The front desk checked us into a room that was already occupied, we found out by walking in on the occupants. The elevator was extremely slow so I had to take the stairs to get a different room. The lady at the front desk’s response was asking what the person in the room looked like, not sure why that matters. We were given another room, unoccupied this time, but smelled very musty & the carpet seemed wet. The fire alarm went off & on several times for about 15mins, seems like it’s malfunctioning. The hallways are hot & stuffy, but the ac in the room is okay.

It was clean, in a great area, and not too far from my concert venue.

Cons:

Nothing really that I didn’t like. The hot water didn’t last long, but it was also a very busy time. I spoke to management about this and there were no issues. Everything was wonderful.
