I missed the reception because of my delayed flight but I would imagine it was nice .
There was no hot water . I let it run for 10 minutes and never got hot water . I understand it’s an older building but these things should not be happening.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and smells great! The rooms are amazing and the on site restaurant has good quality, tasty food. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Highly recommend this location.

Great location
Everything was walkable. And they did a great job of ensuring the hotel was secure. The cleaning staff were attentive and readily replenished supplies.
The pool needs more chairs. There were 50+ children in the pool over this holiday weekend, and very few chairs for the adults to sit. Overall, more attention to detail would help to make the hotel feel more comfortable.
I was expecting to be able to swim, but it was really a wading pool only 4" deep. Big sad.

Location is great. Mother's bistro is a wonderful spot, very friendly and attentive staff. Valet parking was so convenient, especially in the rain. Room has a decent sofa pull out for extra friend.
Not much of a view. This is ok, as we are staying in a piece of history in Portland, Oregon. Of course, I wish check out time was later, that is ok too. Everything was basically perfect with this location.
