Avoid staying here
Pros:

Rooms were good.

Cons:

Location is very poor. Druggies and junkies all around.

I paid more for a room on a higher floor, was given a mezzanine floor instead. We booked for 4 people, it said a pull out bed was there . The pullout bed wasn't working, was zipped to make sure it doesn't open. On being notified, took them 90 minutes to provide a roll out bed, well past kids bedtime.

The omlette station had a long queue every day - on an average you had to wait 17 minutes to get an omlette, a single one. Stand in line again if you want more.

Overall very poor experience. Doesn't look a Hilton brand.

I would choose another hotel in the future.
Pros:

Size of the room and omelette at breakfast. Hot tub was nice but pool area was extremely loud.

Cons:

Noisy (could hear guests above us jumping and running, bedroom was a much warmer temperature, check-in and valet both did not have enough staffing causing long delays. Cost of valet was extremely high.

Older hotel had sooo much charm, it was absolutely delightful.
Pros:

Breakfast and cocktail hour were fabulous

Cons:

Room maid service was spotty or non existent for a few days during our week stay. Out of three guest elevators, 1 of them didn't go to all the floors LL2. when we requested an elevator and needed to go to LL2, we kept getting the elevator that didn't go to that floor. More of a nuisance rather than an issue.

Really comfortable! Loved the pool, and great service.
Pros:

Pool, omelette station (except 2nd day when the maker was only making one at a time - the morning prior, she was making 4 at a time! Had to skip the line the second day)
