I’m never going to stay there again.
Pros:

Good hot shower. Nice towels.

Cons:

No WiFi for 2 days straight. No fruit juices at breakfast. Breakfast buffet not as good as previous Hampton Inns.

Stay was good
Pros:

Breakfast was fine although it didn't meet my dietary requirements fully. Staff didn't understand English so was hard to explain.
The front desk receptionist during the morning during breakfast time wasn't helpful and was nit friendly at all. No smile in her face !

Cons:

Wi-fi was down. Hot tub was out of order. Door key pad on one room was not working properly, needed to get new keys every day.

DON’T STAY HERE
Pros:

If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would.

Disgusting. Gross. Complete lack of maintenance. Worn the hell out. Sheets were mostly clean but every last pillowcase was stained. Bathroom a wreck, floors dirty, bathtub gross.

Would not have stayed here but didn’t pull in until 1am and didn’t want to pay for another room.

Not to mention charging for parking. This place is a joke and an absolute crap hole.

Not the best, not the worst
Pros:

The workers were nice

Cons:

The breakfast was not the best, there was no bread except white bread, no condiments, the eggs had a lot of water in them for some reason and they had only one creamer for the coffee. The breakfast wasn’t bad but it could have been better and offered more than just pork like chicken sausage. Also we didn’t sleep well because all the noise in the hallway and when we had the do not disturb sign on the door, housekeeping still opened the door. The pillows were really hard and made my neck hurt. I just think this property needs some upgrades.

Disappointed. This was not level I expected
Pros:

The location is in good spot

Cons:

The facet on the sink was broke, there is mold in the shower, the shower is cracked, we booked the hotel for the hot tub and it looks like the hot tub hasn’t been working for wholes and that would have been nice to know. No ice bucket, no cups in the room.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted super professional and kind. I would definitely recommend this spot.
Pros:

The staff was very nice. It was very clean great location, near stores and right off the freeway. I would definitely come back.

Cons:

The only changes I would ask is a they fix the cable on the TV was not able to watch any TV because their cable wasn’t working
