Front desk clerk Jenny was very professional, courteous, patient and efficient . Room was clean and spacious.

Super convenient hotel right inside T1. Stayed the night before an early flight and it was wonderfully relaxing. Shout out to Rodrigo for handling all our heavy suitcases (electronics not just shoes :). Highly recommend if arriving or taking off early from MEX.

This hotel is fantastic! Honestly, when I was searching for a place to stay, comfort was my top priority since it’s located right inside the airport. I was afraid it could be noisy or uncomfortable, but this hotel is FANTASTIC. Not only is the hotel super quiet, it is also convenient as there is a direct connection in floor 4 of the international parking lot so you can easily access it from your car to the hotel. The staff is friendly and professional, especially Jenny from the front desk who was amazing at checking us in and giving us all the help we needed for our stay. The hotel looks new, and the rooms are in great shape. If you’re a Hilton Honors member, you’ll get some special perks, so I highly recommend it!

What a pleasant stay. Rodrigo warmly welcomed me and took care of my bags, giving me helpful information abt transportation and hotel in house massage services. Alejandra at reception had the best personality. Hotel bar/restaurant staff were also very kind and professional. I stayed in a King room facing the airport/runways and ate in the lounge enjoying the mountain view and evening thunderstorms. A really noteworthy and positive experience.

+ Location is awesome especially when I arrived late at night and have to leave early in the morning. Helpful front desk reception Alejandra assisted me to the before I confirmed it’s near to the lobby and quiet. The hotel helped to keep my hand luggage when I arrived which is really a big help for me since I only use my hand luggage when I transit. - Due to renovation it’s difficult to find the hotel within the airport. The shower didn’t work properly.

Great work, great people, amazing service above everything from Alejandra and Salvador. Perfect place to eat if you’re staying at the airport.

Our check in was a little bumpy but the rest of the experience was great. We especially appreciated the sumptuous breakfast buffet and the service provided by Salvador!

Remarkable environment and GREAT hospitality on the guests. Special mention to Salvador breakfast s server. I can hardly wait to be back.

The airline moved my flight and I was not able to comunicate with the hotel, neither I arrived on time to make the check in.

At first they told me I could not get a room, but the barman remembered me (I am a frequent customer) and when Angel (reception) realized, he made a huge effort to give me a room and hold the price I had at first.

Excellent service!

Great place to stay after a long flight. We were able to check in 2 hours early, which is very convenient.

The next day we had breakfast and had an amazing experience with the help of Salvador & Moises. Top notch service and amazing food available.

We will be back thanks to the great people at this hotel and over all experience.
