LOVELY!!!
Pros:

My experience at the Hilton Mexico City Airport has honestly been the best. Every time I stay here, everything exceeds my expectations. My boyfriend and I had such an amazing time, we felt comfortable, relaxed, and truly welcomed from the moment we arrived.

What really makes this hotel special is the staff. The front desk team is incredibly proactive, professional, and always ready to help with anything you need. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is smooth and enjoyable.

Even when I’ve stayed here on my own, I’ve had an incredible experience. The service is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere makes you feel at home.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Mexico City. It’s always a pleasure staying here, and I look forward to coming back again.

Food is amazing
Pros:

My wife and I went to Mexico City for a couple days and we stayed at Hilton in Mexico City airport. We decided to stay in the hotel after a long day of sightseeing. We ate at Bronco Blanco for brea and dinner. Our server in the morning were very attentive and made awesome lattes. For dinner we had pork belly quesadillas that was amazing. Our server Salvador and Alejandra for dinner were also very attentive . We had pollo en su Hugo and it was cooked perfectly Aaron and Kevin made our dinner memorable.

The most comfortable overnight stay
Pros:

This hotel was a welcome respite from a long and hectic day of travel. The staff, especially Angel, were very kind and helpful. My room was spotless, very comfortable, and I got lots of rest. When it was time to leave, I received detailed instructions on where to go to catch my flight. I wish more airports had hotels inside like this one, the location was so convenient! And the room was a great value.

See my review and stay in terminal 2
Pros:

This is an airport hotel so I’m certainly not expecting luxurious accommodations or 5 star service. That being said, I found the staff completely unfriendly and worse unhelpful. For example, it would have been GREAT to know that you actually need to prebook the shuttle service that takes you to terminal 2. For those who are unfamiliar with Mexico City airport it’s huge and the terminals are very far apart you cannot walk. I have never, ever had an airport hotel tell you that a shuttle needs to be rebooked. Also, when I checked in I was totally parched and asked for bottled water. The employee said no they don’t have any at the front desk get it from my room. THE PROBLEM with that concept was the person who was checking in right in front of me ( separate employee) was given 2 bottles of water. Seems like not a big deal - except it is after a very long day of travel. I would have paid for the water BTW. The rooms are standard and the drinks were subpar. Finally, my advice stay in the hotel in Terminal 2 where the majority of flights are ( AeroMexico, ect). There is a nice hotel over there and they were much more helpful. I paid $299.00 for the room and the shuttle service. If you stay here tell them you need the shuttle when you check in - trust me they won’t even ask you. The shuttle driver also seemed very unfriendly and generally irritated he had to drive people. Really a bad experience all the way around.

Best Hotel to stay at Mexico Airport
Pros:

What an amazing experience we had at Hilton. From beginning to end, everything was seamless. The staff was polite, attentive, and truly professional.

We wanted to explore Mexico City, and the team arranged a driver for us named Roberto. He took us around the entire city and stayed with us like a personal guide. Roberto is extremely professional and very experienced — an excellent person to explore the city with.

And the food? A solid 10/10. Absolutely beautiful presentation and outstanding taste. If I had to recommend one drink, try their Piña Colada, and for food, don’t miss the watermelon salad.

Great servers!
Pros:

Raphael and Salvador are servers in the restaurant who were fabulous. Very attentive and took great care of us and everything that we needed. Good options on the buffet including an omelet making station. The fresh fruit was delicious.

As far as the hotel goes…it was cleanand appeared to be well maintained. The room was very spacious.

Although there is a shower door, the water leaked through and flooded the sink area. No amenities such as a shower cap, Q-tips, blow dryer or body lotion. 1 bath robe was provided for 2 of us. The fabric was not soft and very scratchy.

Nothing terrible to say about our one night stay. If we needed a quick stay at an airport hotel in Mexico City, I would stay here again. Just make sure to arrange for the free hotel shuttle bus to Terminal 1 (if your plane lands at Terminal 2).

Hilton For The Stay!
Pros:

We stayed at the Hilton Mexico City Airport and was assisted by Diego Vilchis! Elizabeth and Antonio were at the Front Desk. We appreciated Diego’s exceptional service especially when he had arranged to get us a secure ride to and from the hotel going to downtown Mexico City. Diego went as far as getting our USD changed into Pesos to be able to pay the driver. The driver Julio is highly recommended so ask for him!

Convenient, but dated.
Pros:

This property is very convenient if you are flying out of Terminal 1. Aside from that, it doesn't have too much to offer. The property is old and in need of renovation. The added lock on our room (the small piece toward the top of the door to block entry when you are in the room) was broken and hanging from the door, for example. This could have been easily repaired or removed if someone was paying attention. The room (as well as the lobby) are poorly lit and need attention.

The staff were friendly and helpful in arranging transportation to the city.

Only as strong as your weakest link
Pros:

I wanted to write a 4/5 star review as I have stated here in several occasions. On this occasion another passive aggressive check-in process, so I ask for the staff person to write down their name so I can make a commentary - no big deal becomes a big deal to “Diego” the bell boy who steps out of the hallway and gets inches from my face telling me in front in my daughters that I don’t need to make a commentary and I could cause a problem. I explained to Diego he was not going to physically intimidate me and to get the hotel manager or national guard. He chose the acting manager who was very professional Hilton hotel sales staff.
