Pros:

Very clean and nice hotel. The location is great - in the city center, close to the park and old city, yet the street is quiet.

Cons:

Noise isolation is very weak, I could hear the people in the corridor as they were staying behind my back. However, earplugs could solve that issue

Pros:

Everything was fine . I really liked my room with a small balcony.
Best thing about this hotel is that They have bidet in the bathroom .
Also really clean .

Cons:

There was a distinguish smell in the hallways and the lobby . I think it was from the carpets they need to remove them or clean them .
Also the walls of the rooms are a little thin , i can hear everything and sometimes i woke up from my sleep . Because there’s a webcafe downstairs and youngsters can be loud sometimes.

Дуже зручне розташування,комфортні номери( в номері була пралка і індукційна плита,маленький холодильник,достатня кількість шаф на речі)
Власник привітний,пані покоївки теж,кожен день було прибирання,все на вищому рівні! Бронювали на букінг,ціна не відрізнялась,так і заплатила,як було вказано. Єдине що,треба мати готівку😊
А так все 10 з 10)))

Очень хорошее расположение!
Большой балкон.
Номера просторные.

Cons:

В одном номере перевешен кондиционер и из старого отверстия попадает запах сигарет в номер, т.к. на балконе курят. Мы не курящие. Темновато в большом номере, потому что окно маленькое. Некоторые радиаторы не работают, но можно обогреьтся кондиционером!
В маленьком номере вечерами очень шумно, так как окно выходит на игровой компьютерный клуб.он работает до поздна!

Clean and budget friendly
Pros:

One of the best budget friendly hotels in Batumi, rooms are very clean and well designed. Facilities are new. There are super markets and other necessary shops in a very close distance to the hotel.

Cons:

Uçağa binmeden kaçta orda olacağımızı mesaj atmama rağmen checkin için vardığımızda resepsiyonda kimse yoktu(18:00pm) ve mesaja dönüş olmamıştı. 20dk bekledik ama kimseye ulaşamadık. Başka bir hotel aramak zorunda kaldık.
