Hyggelig, kjempefrokost med fin utsikt over Mjøsa.
Pros:

Frokosten var toppen, og ryktene om Thons gode frokost var hovedgrunnen til at jeg bestilte rom på det hotellet.

There is a completely rude and uncultured girl at the reception! I paid 1800 kr for 1 night, the room was on the second floor, with old dusty windows open, views of the hotel pipeline! And the room we chose was completely different! After asking the receptionist for another room than the one I booked, I had to be angry with the receptionist for another hour! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! The hotel is untidy! The service is disgusting! 0 points

Horrible experience.
Pros:

Terrible experience. It started before i even entered my room where there was a hospital bed parked outside with a bunch of bedsheets on top (could almost look like someone was lying there), then i entered the room and it was white, sterile and cold - the hospital look continued here as i felt like a patient. The oven was at max temperature but it was cold. There was no lightbulb in my bedside lamp, so that did not work. I did not have a soap dispenser in my shower either. The room was dirty and dusty in several places. I got woken up by the housekeeping at 8 AM. I found no ironing board to iron my shirts in either the room or in the entire floor. The staff were friendly though..
