Pros:

We booked 2 rooms. Upon arrival, both rooms were dirty (wrappers, left-over food in one and used hygiene products in the other). We notified reception that we were out for dinner so the rooms could be cleaned. That did not happen.

Pros:

We stayed in an 2 bedroom apartment. Beds were comfy.. rooms clean and tidy and just down the lift to Wellington shopping. Only thing missing, some coasters and table mats.

Great location for siteseeing yet really comfortable
Pros:

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, it had everything we needed for a family. The location was spot on. A bus stop (on Lambton Quay directly opposite hotel not the driveway entrance) was fantastic, easy access from the airport and to all the attractions we visited (weta workshop, zoo and airport) and everything else we could go on foot. The kids enjoyed catching the bus. Minutes from a woolworths supermarket and the cable car. The hotel was really clean and quiet, great water pressure too. Loved that it had a washing machine and dryer as it was quite wet and with kids, that made life easier. A good kitchen layout with a small dishwasher, oven, cook top microwave made planning kids meals very easy. The room had a good amount of space and I would definitely stay again. The staff were lovely and found one of the kids hand held gamers left behind and couriered to us, really appreciated that.
We got snapper cards at the wellington airport when we landed - exit E I think, had a blue dispensing machine. Couldnt get kids ones though, only adults, but it was easy to use the app on your phone and top up, a very convenient way to get around.
The location of the hotel is very convenient with a short walk to a playground near TSB arena and can easily walk to Te Papa too.

Pros:

Had a great long weekend stay with friends. Close to everything we needed - the show venue, shopping, the cable car up to the botanical gardens where we went for a walk & a coffee. Walked to the waterfront for a great meal on Saturday night and again to the harbourside market on Sunday. A really convenient location. The room was spacious and had everything we needed - including Sky so we could watch the All Blacks & the Black Ferns tests! We will return.

Pros:

Location is excellent. Rooms at the back are quiet. VIP reward was going to cost for the delivery making the discount less valuable than stated.

Pros:

Property was ok. Very dated and well overdue for a renovation. Our room backed onto the gym and music was continuously being played loud. Bed was way too soft (although i’m used to a semi firm bed). Pricing did reflect the property. Super convenient to everything central. Car park also costs $31 overnight.

Bland staff make for average experience
Pros:

A clean spacious room for our familly. Broken coffee machine was quickly exchanged. Great location for The Papa, zelandia and shopping. Overall what could have been an excellent experience in Wellington was just average due to disconnected staff who are neither polite nor impolite, neither rude nor pleasant - just totally not caring at all for guests and not helpful beyond bare minimum. We feel for these droning people who seemed to have for sole goal to retreat back in their office away from guests. Their apathy made us sad.

Parking is at extra cost.
