Very central location and good sized clean rooms
The parking wasn’t convenient but easily walkable

The location is good.
It's not good value for money. We stayed in a junior suite room which was cramped. The sofa felt cheap and uncomfortable. The air conditioning was a weird mix of two split units for the same room which was rather awkward to control. The bed was a bit hard. I would have liked a thermostatic mixer on the shower because the water temperature changed wildly from cool to scalding, presumably as other guests opened and closed taps. The coffee machine in the room didn't work (I know how to use that Nespresso machine since I've had one in my own home for many years). The coffee at breakfast was undrinkable - terrible. The scrambled eggs were unbelievably bland - presumably made from powdered egg. The bread at breakfast was stale. The orange juice seemed very industrial. The check-in process was glacially slow - despite me having gone through the process of online check-in before I arrived. If this room was priced at one third of what we paid, then this would have been acceptable.

El hotel esta muy cerca de la catedral de Murcia.
La habitación era de no fumadores, había un cartel de no fumadores pero aun así la habitación olía mucho a tabaco. Sobretodo cuando te acostabas en la cama. Como si estuviera impregnada de olor a tabaco. Este detalle fue muy desagadable para nosotros. El resto bien.
Me gustó mucho el hotel, estaba todo nuevo, bien equipado, con una pequeña nevera en la habitación.
El desayuno es muy completo.
Y la ubicación inmejorable, en el centro, a 2 minutos a pie de la catedral y cerca de todo lo principal para ver.
Que un día vinimos del desayuno y estaban limpiando la habitación y tuvimos que esperar un poco para poder entrar. Deberían limpiar un poco más tarde.

La camarera de la sala del desayuno fue muy amable.
Los recepcionistas muy agradables.
Las habitaciones son pequeñas.
El servicio de limpieza te despierta temprano con golpes y voces . Se escucha con demasiada intensidad como limpian las habitaciones, portazos, arrastrando muebles, etc…
La ducha es muy pequeña.
Las características del hotel indican que, disponen de parking y no es cierto . Te envían al parking del mercado municipal, el cual , no tienen concertado.

Por poner alguna pega, se echa en falta escobillero en el cuarto de baño y no tienen aparcamiento en zona restringida, aparcamos el coche en un parking público a 200 m. del Hotel con un precio de bono de tres días de 55 Euros.
La ubicacion, el gimnasio, el baño, el armario iluminado y la cama. Tambien destacaria lo atento que es el personal
Que no se puede oscurecer la habitacion. No hay persiana en la ventana y entra mucha luz x laterales de cortinas x la mañana. Poco espacio delanre de la puerta del hotel oara descargar y cargar el coche. El dia que nos fuimos fue muy incomodo, estaba aparcado coche de pintores del hotel y no entraba un segundo coche
