It was ok for a one night stay.
Pros:

My family and I only stayed one night while we were road tripping to Texas. This place is not bad and the staff is kind.

Cons:

We ended up having to switch rooms due to the first room having a really bad urine smell. Room 221 needs to have the carpets cleaned ASAP. Once we switched rooms, there was no complaints.

The front desk lady was so rude she threatened to kick us out because she got my number of beds wrong and she was very disrespectful and rude mad she had to help us

No one at the front desk for check in. The property was disgusting. The clerk that did help us seemed disoriented. Wanted to cancel reservation the property said to contact booking .com and now booking.com said the company is not responding

Cleaniess.....The hallways smelled bad and the room smelled bad The hotel smelled of wet dog and wasn't cleaned well .I still found garbage from previous people in our room. The hotel manager accused us of smoking and doing some other weird stuff that she claimed was setting her fire panel off. And honestly it wasn't that she told us but she just flat out accused us of smoking and other things when we don't even smoke or cook in the room. The whole experience was just uncomfortable. I will not be coming back and I usually stay up that way when I go dancing or hanging out with friends at the clubs. Also I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Too dirty to ever come back.
Pros:

Shopping, restaurants, and freeway access is nearby. Centrally located to South Jordan, Sandy, Lehi, and Salt Lake City. The room felt spacious, and the bedding was clean, and the clerk at the front desk was very kind.

Cons:

Our room looked exactly like the picture except for the carpet was very stained. I think they might be remodeling because some of the pictures showed wood flooring but ours still had carpet. It felt like everything (except the bed, and the nicely painted accent wall) was dirty. The elevator was even dirty, like literally, dirt-y. A quick vacuum or sweep would've done wonders for the appearance of the elevator and the hallways. There was trash in the hallways, and spills and stains everywhere I looked. I booked this hotel because it was the least expensive of the others on that same street but next time I'll definitely pay more for a different hotel, there are so many in the area to choose from. Oh well, live and learn, at least we just needed it for one night.

Pros:

The whole place smells like simmering dog food and has the ambiance of despair and divorcees. Broken down cars in the parking lot with piles of leaves around them. I felt like they should have a bowl in the lobby filled with complimentary antibiotics and tetanus shots. Had to move rooms twice to get one with 1. a working TV and 2. that didn't reek of cigarette smoke. Eventually settled on one that didn't stink but the TV didn't work. The desk lady was nice and tried to help. She was the one bright spot in a pretty disappointing overnight "romantic getaway." This is definitely a desparation location rather than any sort of destination for leisure.

The bed was comfortable, but it didn't seem clean. I'm trying to tell myself it was, but the sheets were a dingey gray and there was a random pill on the floor.

The room was not well cared for. It looked nothing like pictures. There was a metal spring bed frame. Not like normal hotels. TV was broken. Floor was dirty. Building smelled like urine and cigarettes.
