The front desk check was pleasant and efficient with my check in.
The carpets were stained and filthy, would not take my shoes off cuz I don't know what was on them, only one pillow on the entire bed, no remote for the TV could be found, the refrigerator all night kept making noises non-stop that were loud, the bathtub floor felt squishy like it was going to break through. The furniture sadly I could find better quality at a second hand store. The bedding on the sheet were paper thin and raggedy. Sketchy people hanging outside. Cannot talk to front desk until 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday so had to deal with them alright.
Staff
Kitchen without any kitchen utensils or working fridge. Most lamps in room did not work.
Location had a lot of options.
I had to get a different hotel because they weren’t going to let me take my electric scooter in my room to charge, super frustrating.
They where remodeling and there where no locks on the doors trash everywhere wires and cords everywhere
Everything
The price and convenience to everything.
There was animal hair on the bed and some left in the bathroom. TV remote was about to die.
Leon was nice.
Literally something wrong with every room. At one point or another.
Nothing
They overbooked me. Never ended up staying at property. Lady was not helpful at all at front desk.
Clean locked doors after hours
I wish they would ask if my room needed cleaning every couple days
Location was good. There was no breakfast.
The floors had something sticky spilled on them and toenail clippings laying around. The bathroom light did not work most of the time. No shampoo or maid service.
It was in a place
The room was had dog hair all over the carpet and the hall way smell bad and the elevator small bad. In the morning checking out there was nobody to check out and I also got double charge for my room.
Nothing
I fully reserved and paid for a room through Booking. When my daughter and I arrived, there were people all over outside. Then when the front desk clerk finally came in from mingling with the other folks, she said there were no rooms available. I asked how this could happen as I've paid already. She said 3rd party booking does not count. Excuse me, what?
Still trying to get my money back for a room someone else was in all weekend.
This hotel is stealing money. We almost had to drive 5 hours back home after reserving 2 rooms and being told they only had one room after they had run the credit card to pay for the available room. We had a toddler with us and couldn’t find any hotels with vacancy because there was a festival in town. We drove 45 minutes to the only town near by with availability. We were refunded our money but then charged over 800 dollars a few days later. My mother in law has been on the phone for two weeks now trying to get money back. April who is upper management has been “too busy” to talk to us or respond at all. Staff has been a nightmare to deal with.
