Great meeting place for family, pre-holiday celebration.
Pros:

It was a central meeting place for several members of a family, and it was perfect. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The couch in our room was in poor condition, not comfortable: needs updated.

The staff was warm and friendly. The rooms had plenty of space.

The place was safe place. bed was comfortable. Food not very great
Pros:

Did not like the breakfast. Always had plain unseasoned scrambled egg. Eggs were never prepared any other way like an omelet. Breakfast ends at 9 so I had to wake up before 9, dress up and come downstairs so as not miss the breakfast. No option of having breakfast served upstairs. Finally gave up as the food was not great either.
I love the location, cool, safe - love the tennis court, swimming pool

Cons:

Some of the lights in the room were not working.
The toilet paper holder/ the metallic surface around it was rusted.
The TV channels were limited. Channels like OWN, or VH1- African American friendly channels were not present
The paper towel was left over from previous occupants.
No bottled water in the room

I made the best of it but I’ll probably never stay there again
Pros:

Private entrance was cool

Cons:

It was dirty furniture in the room . I booked a room with an oven only to get there and have them tell me that only the 2 bedrooms have the oven when clearly it stated that the one bedroom had it . When I asked to switch rooms they were booked .
