Pros:

The lady at the front desk was amazing and very informational. It was very crowded because it was a major power outage in the city and she apologized to every customer for the wait and checked everyone one in. In a timely manner. Great Job.

It was a central meeting place for several members of a family, and it was perfect. We had a very enjoyable stay.
