Location was convenient to UA

Cons:

1. Management not available for concerns
2. Humidity was so high in the rooms, the bedding was damp
3. Did not clean my room even though I was gone for over 12 hours
4. Breakfast was hard biscuits that wee barely warm, no milk for cereal, sugar packets were damp .
5. Iron fell apart
6. Chair in the room looked like it had a permanent head print stain(recliner) desk chair peeling like a python.
7. Hot water in shower Luke warm and quickly became cold
8. AC unit sounded like a dragon

Property needs improvement in housekeeping. Room smelled like smoke, shower floor was black, and the sheets had stains. I was given a second room and it wasn’t much better than the first one.
