Close to some nice food options.
It's in a very rough pocket of the city, daytime as well but in particular at night, expect to be approached multiple times by people doing it hard.
Wifi wasn't really strong enough and the only option was Chromecast through the in house network.
Bathroom had staining to benchtops that was off-putting.
Everything especially the location in the cbd.
The staff went out of their way to be helpful and solve some problems for us.

Very good location. Near a lot of the main attractions and eateries. Friendly and helpful staff. There is no ramp at the entrance of the hotel but the staff helped me with my luggage.
Didn’t replenish the creamers and housekeeping staff did not wash the used cups and spoons. The hair dryer was not very powerful.
Great central location. Room was good size, clean and shower had good pressure.
There was a step up into the bathroom. Yes, there was sign but it was just a bit annoying. Not a major problem but noticeable room design floor.
Location near to halal food, shopping -Kmart, Woolworth, walking distance to museum. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean.
