Pros:

We only stayed one night as a stop through Perth & it did the job. Easy to get to, reception was friendly & helpful. Room size was ok for 4 of us but the bathroom was tiny.

A comfortable, well-located and good-value stay that was perfect for a short conference trip.
Pros:

Room – 4/5
Nice, compact room with everything I needed for a two-night stay in Perth for a conference. The mini fridge was handy and the tea/coffee station was a nice touch, although I don’t drink instant coffee.

Location – 5/5
Perfect location. It’s very close to everything—an easy walk to public transport, nightlife, festivals, the shopping district, shopping, and plenty of places to eat.

Bed – 4/5
Decent and comfortable enough for a short stay.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. It was perfectly fine for what I needed—an easy, comfortable base for a short conference stay. The room had the essentials, the location was excellent, and the price was reasonable for the area. For a quick two-night trip, it did the job well.

The good and the bad bits.....
Pros:

Staff and facilities were great very helpful and polite !!

Cons:

The fact my car got keyed (scratched) by some absolute moron that doesn't own a single thing hence why they destroy other people's property!! It was parked right outside the hotel and this still happened. So car owners that have nice wheels be cautious of clowns that wreak other people's stuff !!

Excellent stay - good location, hotel facilities, very helpful staff and hospitable. Recommended.

Excellent location - city centre, which was good for us, being our first trip to Perth. Accessibility was also terrific and no issues with hotel facilities. All good. Staff was very helpful and being hospitable at all times.
