Grest location, friendly staff, small but comfortable room.
Pros:

Location great for museums, transport, eateries. Comfortable room. Staff welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

I arrived in Perth early in the morning after a long flight - I had asked whether early check-in would be possible, but it wasn’t because the hotel had been full the night before. I should have also booked the previous night to secure access to a room.

Friday night in Williams Street is noisy until early morning.

Room is small and with no sound-proof at all!!!
When your neighbors are talking, washing, using toilets, you can hear everything. Very bad for light sleepers. Noises on the street can also be heard clearly.

Pros:

This hotel is only suitable for one night stays as the room's don't have a wardrobe so you have to live out of your suitcase.

Much sure WiFi working
Pros:

Location good, a good walk to most things. Small comfortable room.

Cons:

No information about hotel or anything from the girl at checkin. WiFi not working for 24 hours at arrival and couldn't use my data for some reason. Just arrived in Perth so couldn't research anything, very frustrated. TV wouldn't work as needed internet needed to call front desk guy came to fix. Had to ce called again next day as TV not functioning as it should, was fixed and given voucher for cheese and bacon roll in cafe, we didn't know it was there. Needed to request more coffee and tea in room not done when room cleaned. Staff apologetic
On 6th floor but could still hear noise on road below from people talking and telling.

It’s was actually decent. Not hotel standards but it was clean tv wasn’t working too

Perfect place located in the city close to Northbridge

Cons:

There was no fridge in the rooms. I couldn’t put the air con into heat mode as there was a lock in it. I had no access so was freezing the whole night. There was no hotel bedroom gown and slippers or nothing personalised or softening.

Then the staff called me and rushed me to leave the hotel at 10am which was annoying as it looked like it’s for money only and not to spoil customers and make them feel peaceful

The location was great, also the staff were kind and considerate.

Cons:

The size of the room was SML, and there wasn't any storage/cupboard space to put our clothes and bags, the bathroom showerhead needs to be attended to as the water sprayed everywhere when trying to shower. Parking was a hassle, we tried to use the hotel parking but there wasn't any available. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back🙂
