Pros:

Lo consiglierei solo per la vicinanza al Politecnico di Milano (Bovisa). Se siete lì per lavoro la posizione è ottimale e l'hotel per una notte è passabile.

Cons:

L'hotel è molto spartano, vecchio, stanza piccola e abbastanza angusta. Ventola del bagno rotta e odore non piacevole

El lugar esta en una zona nada agradable. El lavamanos no funcionaba asi que tuve que cepillar mis dientes en la ducha. La ducha no tenia cortinas asi que el agua salía a todos lados. La ducha no tenia soporte de pared lo cual hace que sea incomodo tomar el baño. Se nota que no asean los cobertores pues habia uno con una mancha bastante extraña y desagradable. No lo recomiendo ni volvería alejarme en este lugar.

hotel sympa mais certains point a revoir
Pros:

L’hôtel est sympathique et les employés sont très accueillants. Cependant, la propreté des lieux laisse vraiment à désirer. Au vu du charme de l’établissement, cela mérite un sérieux effort.
Concernant la chambre, les lits sont confortables et propres, contrairement au reste. La salle de bain posait de gros problèmes : douche bouchée, toilettes avec une chasse peu fonctionnelle et une odeur nauséabonde persistante. Une femme de chambre est intervenue pour déboucher la douche, mais sans nettoyer ensuite. Après une longue journée de tourisme, je suis revenu dans la chambre et la douche était pleine de poils avec une coloration orange, ce qui est inacceptable.
À l’accueil, on m’a gentiment proposé une autre chambre, mais après une journée fatigante, je n’avais pas envie de faire des allers-retours. On m’a alors donné un produit pour que je nettoie moi-même la douche…
Le petit-déjeuner est mentionné sur le site, mais une fois sur place, il n’y en a pas. J’ai également constaté des restes de nourriture dans la chambre ainsi que du jus moisi dans le frigo.
Enfin, le ménage laisse clairement à désirer : la femme de ménage passe, mais ne vide même pas la poubelle ni ne refait le lit.
En résumé, l’établissement a du potentiel et reste agréable, mais nécessite une remise en état importante et ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles en l’état actuel.

La posizione è stata molto comoda per me che dovevo prendere il Malpensa Express ed è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Bovisa Politecnico.

Cons:

La stanza era molto fredda e non c'era un sistema di riscaldamento adeguato. La finestra del bagno non aveva la tenda e la pressione dell'acqua era molto scarsa.

L’hotel è un po’ datato ma è pulito, staff reception molto gentile.

L’ho scelto per la vicina posizione con il politecnico, non ho fatto colazione nella struttura.

Cons:

Televisione troppo piccola, acqua calda nel bidè non funzionava.
