Great hotel close to a station and not too far from central Milan

Cons:

Die Ausstattung war minderwertig. Im Zimmer war die Klimaanlage sehr laut und schwierig fürs Einschlafen. Der Fernseher hatte ein DIN4 Format und war nur aus nächster Nähe zu gebrauchen. Die Minibar musste vom Netz genommen werden., da ebenfalls laut. Das gebuchte Frühstück konnte um 6.45 nicht in Anspruch genommen werden, da kein Frühstückspersonal vorhanden

No breakfast 2 star at best
Pros:

When I made the booking, it said breakfast included but I was told at the hotel there is no breakfast. Also there was no tea or coffee making facility in the room i had to ask for it at reception they didn't have much available so that was another misleading information on the bookingg.com felt scammed and robbed. I will not book this hotel again.

La posizione che è vicino alla staziome e a 3 tipi diversi di autobus e anche al tram 2 e supermercati.

Ho lasciato il bigliettino per non entrare nella stanza e lo stesso sono entrati, da lì ho perso la mia borsa in tessuto rossa con su scritto manchester e la bandiera.
Il personale che non si fa I fatti suoi e ho ordinato una stanza per 2 persone per sbaglio quando è solo per una persona, una volta arrivata in struttura mi ha dato una stanza oscena con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo tutta piena di polvere e una tv neanche 10 centimetri neanche un termos riscalda acqua neanche un microonde zero niente di niente . Per bellezza di quel prezzo e per non palrare del fatto che non parlino NE italiano NE inglese solo filippino e il receptionist iraniano parlava italiano abbastanza da capire, invece il receptionist filippino non parlava bene e faceva di testa sua senza chiedere i nostri dettagli dei dati, ha inserito una data di nascita diversa, poiché non c'era nel documento mostratosi, ma chiedere almeno.
Camera piena di polvere e gialla molto sgradevole poiché voglio ricreare lo stile antico, ma qua è tutto tranne che antico elegante
