The breakfast was ok, the neighborhood was safe, and the WIFI worked well

The staff was superb and it was nice to be able to try to talk with them in Spanish but have the flexibility to respond in English. I was sufficiently accommodated however I would not consider the amenities to be four star service. There was no iron or tea/coffee in my room. A small gripe for an overall good experience. Breakfast options were great and there is a bike rental near the entrance. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quiet place that's just a 10 minute bike ride to the action!

Beautiiful and cozy hotel with lovely rooms, great check in and check out experience, conveniently located, quiet neighbourhood, waking distance from lots of amenities.

I’m thinking that maybe because we booked through Expedia we got a room on the 5th floor. The elevator only goes to 4th. The stairwell was gross. Dirty dishes on the landings between 4th and 5th floor. Mold in the bathroom shower. But truly the people were so wonderful to us who work there! It made it worth every minute!

The original “superior double” room we had was basically a cupboard so moved to a junior suite which at least had space for our luggage.
Very shabby and dated with dirty, stained towels. Also quite cold and noisy.
Be aware that the bar/restaurant will insist on cash or card payment but finally agreed to take $100US for extras so that we could charge food etc to our room (despite already having charged us for the room upgrade).
The breakfast was very ordinary but other food was quite good. The suite had a kettle and cups but no coffee or tea.
The shower was quite good as was the bed.

Perfect for our stay. Comfortable and in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The area is very residential but not far from restaurants.The hotel is nice, but we stayed in a very small room. Pool is outside and not heated. Breakfast buffet ok. Perfect for our one night stay in Providencia.

We arrived quite early and they were able to accommodate us into our room. We ate several times here, breakfast lunch and a dinner which was quite nice. Breakfast was filling and dinner was as well. The room was high up and quite warm for March. We had the a/c going full blast - very thankful for that. The bathroom was sadly not clean when we arrived. The shower and floors in particular. Other than that we thought the location was great to walk about Providencia and catch any train or uber. The little cafe outside was wonderful reminding us of a Parisian cafe we used to stop at a few years ago.

Great property, the staff was courteous however they lacked variety.in the breakfast. The room didn't provide an iron and the restaurant on property was horrible. I ordered soup and it was so bad I gave it back. Another person also complained of he meal being uncooked while I was present. The beauty is there are numerous options to eat within walking distance.

In general the hotel was good. Our room had very old and inefficient A/C with dated furniture, no table or bedside lamps, and a leaky shower head. The staff was great as was the local area.

Staff was always friendly, quiet neighborhood, breakfast was fantastic. Pool area was a nice retreat. Air conditioner worked just as I had hoped.

Very well located , close to several malls, shopping and dinning areas . Area around hotel are walkable and safe.We reached many places walking. The hotel can also call a taxi for you and Uber is another option.
