Perfecte plek voor een paar dagen Bergen
Pros:

De locatie is echt super. Hotel geeft een huiselijk gevoel. Leuke ruimtes om wat te eten en te drinken. Het half pension met ook nog koffie & cake in de middag was heel gemakkelijk. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Op zich was het diner ok. Maar niet heel bijzonder. We hadden gehoopt wat Noors eten te proeven, maar dat was het zeker niet. Ontbijt was wel heel uitgebreid.

They allowed check in at 3am!
Breakfast was wonderful!
Parking close by.

Cons:

Due to cancelled flights, we had to leave a day early but they would not refund us.
We also missed dinner twice due to cancelled flight and other problems, and their dinner window is very small, but they did not offer to put a meal aside for us, or offer any other alternative.
There is no electric car charging option nearby- which is very difficult as we could only hire an electric car. They also could not tell us where to go and charge the car.
The lights did not always work.

Pros:

We had a corner room with a lot of light, it was lovely and warm and the temperature could be regulated easily
Food was very good, breakfast was excellent with loads of choice and although only one choice of main meal for dinner , it was very nice , always well cooked

Cons:

Nothing , everything suited us

A great place to stay.
Pros:

Great location, nice atmosphere, friendly staff and bonus dinner and afternoon tea as well as breakfast.

Cons:

Beds were a bit soft, but it wouldn't put us off staying there again.

l'emplacement de l'hotel est idéal, c'est très calme et proche du centre touristique. les petit déjeuné sont fabuleux.

Cons:

les repas du soir, nous n'avons jamais mangé à l'hotel le soir. nous avions réservé en demi pension mais le repas du soir était catastrophique... des bouchon chinois surgelé, dégoutant... nous avons mangé à l'extérieur tous les soir.

Pros:

Everything was perfect.
The staff are wonderful.

The room was outstanding and the hotel really is a home from home.

Great value for money
Pros:

Ideal central location but not over noisy by night Breakfast was exceptional
The choice was immense

Cons:

The bar area was very quiet in the evening with limited choice
However drinks were available if be it in a sterile atmosphere

Nice hotel in a good location. Be wary of noise given the central spot.
Pros:

Great location. Excellent breakfast and the inclusion of the fika and dinner is a nice touch. Room was comfortable and a good layout for a family of 4.

Cons:

There was very loud music playing until 3am on our first night. It seemed be coming from the street but the windows were doing nothing to stop it! We got earplugs for the second night.
The bathroom drain also flooded onto the floor when we let the bathroom out.
