Cons:

Le service de nettoyage des chambre qui n’est passé qu’une seule fois en 8 nuits néanmoins le personnel était très agréable et nous aurions pu demander un passage sans problème

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Home Hotel Bryggen und sehr begeistert, so dass wir jederzeit wieder dorthin zurückkehren möchten.
Unser Zimmer Nr 309 war gemütlich, hell, sauber.
Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, wir schafften nicht, alles zu probieren.
Die Fika am Nachmittag und der Service Kaffee, Tee und Wasser den ganzen Tag kostenlos, haben wir gerne genossen.
Das Abendessen: Eine Schale Salat zum Mitnehmen kostete im Discounter 189 NOK, ca. 18 € - im Hotel Bryggen gab es verschiedene Salate mit köstlichem Brot und Butter. Dazu jeweils eine Suppe, die uns ebenfalls gut schmeckte und das Hauptgericht.
Am ersten Abend Mexikanisches Buffet, am 2. Abend Kasseler, Bratkartoffel, verschiedene Gemüse und es wurde stets nachgelegt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Die Farbauswahl in den Fluren war edel, die Möblierung angenehm.

Die Lage phantastisch.

Cons:

Wir zwei Wochen durch Norwegen und Schweden gereist und wunderten uns, dass es in keinem der unterschiedlichen, guten Hotels ein deutsch oder englisch sprachiges TV Programm gab.

Le repas du soir nous avons moyennement aimé. Aucun problème sur le fait que ce soit végétarien mais la cuisson des aliments était moyenne.

Pros:

Bel hôtel, bien centré, ma chambre était très calme. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est parfait, ainsi que le soir, très bonne cuisine, bravo à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel!! Personnel très sympa. J’y reviendrai !

Functional and fine..perfect base to explore Bergen
Pros:

An off the beat type of hotel approach but which oddly works. Didn’t try the evening meal but it’s there if you want it..breakfast very good and sets you up for the day, location great, rooms OK…does everything it says it will and for a base in Bergen it’s absolutely fine and good value for money.
Not luxury but by no means low end either. Perfectly functional and what it does do it does well..

Super stay in an excellent location for visiting Bergen
Pros:

The location is excellent. Super convenient for sightseeing, shopping and access to restaurants and public transport. We liked the layout of our family room - very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Liked the fika in the afternoon.

Cons:

The beds weren’t super comfortable and some of the areas around the hotel looked in need of renovation. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned (it was cleaned just once in our 5 night stay).
