Excelente localização e hotel confortável.
Pros:

A acomodação tem uma cama muito confortável, os funcionários são muito educados e gentis, a localização é excelente, os arredores são encantadores.

Cons:

O banheiro é pequeno, e o box fica elevado, acaba molhando o banheiro todo.

Small but cozy room in excellent location, lovely stay
Pros:

Cozy room just enough for two. Great, helpful staff that are very accommodating. 24/7 reception. Excellent location - walking distance from Louvre and Arc de Triomphe, metro and bus stops. A lot of Asian restaurants, brunch spots, coffee shops and bistros.

Cons:

AC went off several times leaving us suffocating in the middle of the night. Window is facing a Vietnamese pho restaurant and beside the hotel is a Chinese restaurant, so when you open the window all the smell comes in.

Service non professionnel, mauvaise relation client
Pros:

L'emplacement, pour une très bonne accessibilité aux richesses de Paris. La chambre cosy. Très bonne literie.

Cons:

Le service, le service, le service. Accueil pas très professionnel. Frais en sus : il vous est demandé de régler 100 euros en cas de casse ou d'utilisation du bar (une demi bouteille de bordeaux mais sans doute d'un grand cru...), on vous prélève en fait 200 euros, lorsque vous vous en apercevez de retour dans le train, il vous est demandé une capture d'écran. Heureusement le lendemain, situation rétablie. Aspects matériels : climatisation très bruyante, lampe de chevet cassée recollée. Nous n'y reviendrons pas, en raison essentiellement de la relation client. Depuis l'entrée jusqu'à la sortie de l'établissement, vous et votre parole ne sont pas respectés.

Very efficient, clean and convenient. The staff was very helpful. There was a heat wave and I needed AC. It worked well.

Pros:

It was such a pleasure to spend our time in Paris at La Dépendance. Most of all, the people who work there are the greatest asset. They were so nice, so patient, so welcoming all the time. We felt at home. If we go back to Paris again this is the place we are staying. And last but not the least they make great coffee. Merci!

I enjoyed it.
Pros:

The interior is amazing. But cheap and it is foreseable that within a short period of time it will look different. Lots of reinvestment is needed to keep the status quo.
