Breakfast was OK, but not as good as it could be with more fruit options (one apple ) and offering other yogurt besides just vanilla.
Pet friendly. Staff were nice.

Fan tied to vanity light was so noisy it was unbearable
Shampoo and conditioner in shower were empty

Location
The staff were not professional, bathroom had hair in it, they're was a sex toy in the closet, a pillow with no case, the hot tub was broken and we were never told ahead of time, the pool was cold, pillows are flat, and we paid for a mountain view and saw the tree infront of our window...I was so tired and pissed off that I placed my keys on the desk and left.
Great location, nice room, clean, etc.
TV broken. Didn't even turn on. Bed is awful. Very hard and uncomfortable.
The staff were all lovely. The location was good; safe. While not good, breakfast was offered. The pool was clean and warm.
The hot tub had been decommissioned though the website displayed it. The beds were still spring coiled and unfortunately pretty uncomfortable. The breakfast was disappointing, aside from the waffle maker. The biggest issue though, was how dirty the building is overall. Much of it just from time; from being old. My kids showered and hung out for a bit before bed, and their feet were actually BLACK, so they had to go wash them before getting into bed right away. The perimeter of the bathroom is just a little gross looking from age and grime. The wallpaper has been patched; the doors and walls are scraped and stained, and I couldn’t tell if the ceiling had mold spots or something else of that appearance.
Employees were very welcoming. Everything pretty clean.

The room was so small
Hot showers, good breakfast, comfortable beds.
Pool closes at 11p. N no jacuzzi.
Location to our family was good.
Air conditioning wasn’t functioning and remote didn’t work.
Staff were great, location was decent.
The rooms were outdated, dingy and dirty. I really struggled to feel comfortable because of this. Examples: marks on walls, headboard, carpet, around base boards and dirty tiles and corners in the bathroom on top of everything just being very old and outdated. Hot tub was busted and closed. It smelled like weed in different areas all over the hotel.
