This is a sweet hotel and the front desk staff was great.

Cons:

The lobby/stair carpets could use a cleaning, better selection of fruit in the morning.

In town for medical. Wish we could have stayed longer for leisure
Pros:

Front desk staff was exceptional. Aturo? was very helpful , courteous and empathic to our needs.
Hotel is within walking distance to dining and shopping.
Hotel grounds were immaculate.

Disrespectful guest
Pros:

The location and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The evening clerk let teenagers sit in common area outside my door and talk and laugh until after midnight.
Then I get woke up at 4:30 by a screaming baby in the hall. That one I understand, but I was tired.

Incredible value for money and the nicest hotel staff I have encountered in quite a while.
Pros:

Atul the manager was so kind, warm, and accommodating as was the entire staff. The room was huge and the free breakfast was good. It was incredible value for money and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part.

Cons:

Rooms were really stuffy, even with the air going all night. Pool was broken. Was fixed on the last night, but was extremely cold. Hot tub was broke the whole stay. The pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable.
