Not terrible but won’t stay again!
Pros:

The lobby and food area was nice and the desk attendant was very helpful pleasant.

Cons:

Room smelled like old smoke mixed with cleaning solution which we found funny cause we were charged a deposit/fee in case we smoked in the room. The carpet was just yuck to walk on! Like black stuff came off our feet in the shower! Water pressure was pretty low but you expect that for hotels. No USB ports in room but plenty of plug ins to plug adapters into. No ice machine on kit floor or an ice bucket in my room so no idea if it was somewhere else. Bed is firm but it was comfortable!

Comfortable, Pool, Fitness area. Nice after long road trip!
Pros:

Convenient location, quiet, good breakfast

Cons:

The room had a slight cigarette or vape odor to it - not enough to request a different room, though. Price seemed high, but so did most other options in FOCO. Our walk to the bowling alley at night didn't give us the best vibes.

Dobry hotel w dobrej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko dużo sklepów i restauracji. Basen nie za duży ale wystarczający. Dobrze wyposażony fitness. NA miejscu pralka i suszarka, ale niestety trzeba mieć własne monety (quadry). Pranie i suszenie 4 USD.

Cons:

Very rude front desk rep…person who checked me in was very nice and helpful but person I dealt with later was rude and told me the opposite of what other rep had assured me could be done. Very condescending.

Your hotel was awful. I booked three nights there for our stay in Fort Collins. When we arrived there around 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon, we were extremely disappointed how old, smelly and dirty the hotel was. The male staff on duty showed us our room. We were shocked at the accommodations. It felt like a run down fraternity house. We told the clerk we wanted to cancel our stay and wanted a refund for the second and third night of our reservation. He said we had to take that up with Booking . Com since we made the reservation with a third party. My understanding is that I should have only to pay for the first night of a canceled stay if I canceled by 4:00 that first day. To my disappointment, I was charged for all three days. A few days later, I called the hotel to complain and requested a refund for the second and third night. The clerk said she would pass on our request to management but I never heard anything back.
In the past, I have been very satisfied with Quality Inn. Earlier this year I stayed in the Quality Inn in Lone Pine, Ca and was very pleased.
My biggest disappointment was not getting a refund for the send and third night of our cancelled stay.

Overall good stay accommodations and location clean facility
Pros:

Nice and comfortable room, clean. I appreciated the freshwater.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK, but not as good as it could be with more fruit options (one apple ) and offering other yogurt besides just vanilla.
