Customer Service on Life Support
Pros:

I typically like Quaity Inns.

Cons:

The customer service was poor. They billed me $25/night for my dog. They also charged a $40 deposit which they said would be refunded. The housekeeper was very sparky and said we weren't staying a second night which wasn't true. I prepaid for two nights. They charged my son repeatedly $40. He may have received one refund but the other two deposits weren't refunded.

Cons:

Needed a room for 3 days and this worked but not a great value and not that nice of a hotel.
Pros:

Locations was good for us and desk staff was friendly.

Cons:

There were birds who made a best in the wall so it was as if we had very loud baby birds in bed with us. The mates were rude. We had 3 of us in the room but only 2 towels and no bedding for the 2nd bed. We had to ask for things that our reservation showed we needed. Booked this place, in part, for the hot tub since we knew we’d be walking a lot. It was not working or available and staff said it had been out of order for months but this indicated no where. Lastly, there should be laws against jacking up prices. There was no value but all the hotels do this and it really seems wrong. $350 for a mediocre place was outrageous.

The staff was friendly and kind.

Cons:

The hot tub was broken, the pool area and the pool were a mess. My kids found spiders at the bottom of the pool and bugs all over. It was really gross and there was WAY too much chlorine in the water.

In town for medical. Wish we could have stayed longer for leisure
Pros:

Front desk staff was exceptional. Aturo? was very helpful , courteous and empathic to our needs.
Hotel is within walking distance to dining and shopping.
Hotel grounds were immaculate.
