An enjoyable experience and perfect base to sample the City of Paris.
Pros:

The location was perfect for Central Paris, the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel was to a superior standard. The little welcome notes and leaving notes plus gifts were extra special and added a little touch out quality to the trip. All staff were extremely attentive and would pull out all of the stops to assist whenever required.

Cons:

We had a slight hiccup at the start of our trip whereby a cot we requested had been booked out by another traveller and therefore was not put in our room. However, the staff very kindly upgraded our rooms to superior (they explained we would probably need the extra room) and promised to have the cot in there by the following day. They acted on this quickly and we were really appreciative of their efforts.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room on the 5th floor was very quiet and comfortable and a good size. Good selection of hot and cold foods at breakfast. Good location for bars, supermarkets and restaurants and the walk to key locations such as sacre coeur, the Louvre and gare du nord was just around 20 mins to each of those, and the hotel was very close to metro stations

Cons:

Everything was perfect for our 5 night stay, though a mini fridge would have been appreciated

Bruit continue entendu dans la chambre, ventilation extérieure. Vue sur le toit rempli de mégots de cigarettes. Problème de fermeture de la porte de douche. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner correcte

Ideale plaats om dicht bij centrum van Parijs te verblijven.
Pros:

Zeer goede ligging, mooi gerenoveerde kamers.
Geluidsdicht, giede matrassen

Cons:

Kleine puntjes zoals geen vuilnisemmertjes op de ontbijttafels. Geen aparte potjes om confituur in de scheppen, fruit te lang op voorhand gesneden, soms de traagheid van het personeel, personeel dat binnenkomt zonder te kloppen.
