he bed was ok. Other than that, very little was. I tried to call a few times for an airport pickup when I arrived, and no one answered, and had to take a ~$30 Uber. The room I was given smelled badly and looked and felt very outdated—from the decor to power sockets to the shower—it all felt cheap and many years old. Noise from the highway is rather noticeable. The reception person greeted me as though she was doing me a favor attending to me. I have stayed at many Hyatt Places before. This one is clearly substandard. There are many other hotels around—I see no reason to stay here.
All was good.
The bathroom size was small and tight to maneuver around the door. Didn’t anticipate having to pay to park.
Easy access to I-70, easy check-in, no surprises. Seemed like a safe spot with good security.
I was surprised that we had to pay $13 per night for parking, moreover that it was a complicated transaction on my IPhone. Felt like a double negative upon check-in. Also I would say that the bathrooms are in need of an update. Tiles, grout, and wall paper peeling.
The location.
The pool water was dirty.
The bed was lumpy.
It was conveniently located to where we were going.
The mattress was very hard. I didn’t like having to pay for parking. I understand charging for leaving your vehicle there while you fly out, but otherwise, no.
Clean rooms, easy airport drop, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay. Good place for a missed connection overnight stay!
The room was amazing for my family!
Ice machine no where to be found !
Room clean, bed comfortable
trying to get van transport. Waited over two hours and took six calls to get there
Won't be staying here again, better options next door in all directions. I have flown into DIA routinely for years and have stayed in various airport adjacent hotels. We decided to try the Hyatt Place this time. The reservation tells you where to pickup the airport shuttle. Numerous hotel shuttles came and went as we waited. It took two phone calls to the hotel and FIFTY Minutes before the shuttle arrived. No apologies from any of the staff--nothing.
The next morning we arrive at the lobby at 5:25 for a 5:30 AM shuttle back to the airport. The shuttle was overbooked by the front desk. A 9 person shuttle was made to carry 12 people with two sitting on laps. Seriously!!!!!
Substandard
No hot water
Unprofessional staff
my husband, and I were greeted in a very informal manner by the disheveled looking staff member. In the morning we had a 530 shuttle scheduled and we were five minutes late. Although we were apologetic, the driver acted as if he were the principal in the school, scolding children.
Close to the airport, free shuttle, and easy access to restaurants.
Worst experience ever for a Hyatt. Do not recommend staying here. Be aware of the extra parking fee and procedure. Our room (room 101) was in poor quality -- sofa cushions ripped, carpet ripped, dated decor, loud air conditioning unit that sounded like an airplane motor with a tiny bathroom too small to shut the door.
