Pros:

I would like you not to charge me for this booking that you made for me that did not exist at the Hyatt Place. Yes, the place was full when you booked me. Yet $128.54 has just appeared on my credit card statement. W. Garrigus

Cons:

Booking.com putting me in a hotel that was completely full! Lead me to become stranded there as I arrived on the last shuttle of the night from the airport.

Cons:

1) paid parking wasn't advertised, game changer.
2) water was shut off with warning the 1st day.
3) mattress was so hard it was like sleeping on a board.
4) bathroom so small you had stand against the wall by the toilet to open the door.
5) the toilet ran all night until "I" fixed it, (temp).
6) housekeeping didn't restock tissue, or clean asked in Spanish, I only speak English.
7) TV and cable stopped working, front desk told me how to fix it. I'm not maintenance.
8) had to hold the electric plug in the wall to run microwave.
9) business center computer has internet explorer and still don't work. told need a part.

Nice location and clean rooms
Pros:

Wonderful hotel for families. There is a pool, but heater is being fixed in March 2026.

Breakfast was wonderful, my gluten free eaters were pleasantly surprised by the Udi Bagel, that was awesome. Other breakfast highlights, hot food, well prepared, plentiful. Coffee was brewed correctly as well, not weak as other Hyatt's have done, but good bold coffee.

The rooms here are a little larger than other Hyatt's I've stayed at. We had a double queen and pullout sofa, which was nice for the family. Plenty of room for all of the luggage and people we had.

The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

This is technically a "Airport" hyatt, but you are far enough away from everything that you wouldn't know an airport is close by.

Above and beyond
Pros:

In past months I've been made keenly aware of poorly run establishments, so when a business like this Hyatt Place is clearly well managed it stands out. The room was as expected--clean, efficient--but the greeting I received from the front desk (and, really, every interaction with staff) was memorable.

Pros:

Location to airport and restaurants near by

Cons:

Rooms need a good deep clean, baseboards even vacumn around baseboards would help. Cleaning better in bathrooms (gum on backside of bathroom door handle). Pillows were terrible. Had to pay to use parking lot as a guest....ridiculous. we've stayed at 3 other hotels nearby and never paid parking.
